I can't say enough good things about one of the managers, Craig and the technician Zack. They cleared up my problem and wouldn't take any money. They went above and beyond. If they will do that for someone just off the street with a little scanner/copier machine, one they don't even specialize in, I'm sure they are the very best in helping and servicing the big businesses with their core products. He showed me how to work the website so that I could send things in ahead of time and even told me about an option that will probably save me money in the long run. His patience and customer service were top notch! He managed myself plus multiple clients at the same time and multiple prints and still did everything in a timely, efficient manner.
