My experience with online pick up was not like it is at other locations. Was asked to stand in a long line versus going to pick up spot at front of store by registers. Took longer than expected

Pretty standard Old Navy, but in a good way. Filled to the brim with good selection while being clean and organized. The changing rooms were nice too.
