My daughter needed a new battery today and I was two hours away and couldn’t help her. A young man named Gavin helped her for about an hour, taking her through a complicated replacement, lending her tools and getting her back on the road. She was panicked because she’d never done it before and dad wasn’t able to be there. I know he probably got in a little trouble being outside for so long but on a Sunday evening, she would have been pretty much stranded without his help. Many thanks to him for his help and I hope his manager knows what it means to us. O Riley’s is our choice because sometimes you need more than just parts.

It's O'Reillys. They have it, can get it within a couple of days, or they can't get it. You should know what to expect coming to a parts store.

I needed seven wix air filters. The store did not have any Springdale store had one and they brought it to the Fayetteville store for free. But the rest would have to be sent from other stores out of town. My complaint is they wanted to change me $8 and some change per filter to have them brought to the store from other O'Reilly stores? Hmmmm,

I went in there to get a jug of oil. Was pricing them, all the sudden there's this kid behind me. Kind of a rude kid. Anyway, I go to pay and he checks me out. $26, gave $50. Took an act of congress to get my change. When I me tinned it he was rude again. Won't be back

The day I went in was a day a wind storm came through. The staff worked very diligently to help everyone; even though all of their cash systems, conputers, etc. were hit by an electrical brownout. The manager explained that the battery back up failed bc the outage hit several times. I was helped by 2 staff, a lady, that helped me find an ac leak product. The store had several customers, and the staff didn't miss anyone. Everyone was helped. All were patient. The systems came back up and I paid. I got the product I needed and I really appreciated the friendly, patient, kind, and professional way they handled what could have been a very confusing and difficult time. Great folks! Very competent, knowledgeable.

I really appreciate their free diagnostics. I was getting ready for a trip with my wife and my car was giving some warning sign lights. The fellow working there did the diagnostic for me so I could know exactly what my car needed before the trip.
