what is strange is when I hand my bag to the clerks at ONF most just leave it empty on the counter, and after scanning put my purchases off to the side as I am loading things from the cart...so I feel rushed when my stuff is still on the counter and they start with another customer. Where there is a potential for itemsto get mixed up...At other stores, all places of commerce in the land, automatically, cashiers bag your items. Being it seems some cashiers at ONF seem to think bagging groceries is beneath them or they don't seem to realize it helps the customer moves along, puts the burden on the customer to request that the cashier bag... and it feels like you are asking them to bend over backwards and degrade themselves.Even though I provided a bag at the start, the cashier had not lifted a finger to bag my purchases after she scanned the items. After asking if I would like to donate money, after my payment went through and she handed me the receipt, she asked "do I need another bag" as I was only halfway through removing the scattered items she left on the counter after scanning. When I told her "I can only do so much" between loading groceries, going through the credit card prompts, putting my card away, and bagging the groceries all the while she stood there, she replied, with a sharp tone that she was "just trying to provide assistance".If she wanted to provide assistance, instead of just stacking my grocery items on the counter, the cashier should have bagged my items from the start right after scanning them ... like all normal stores with common sense employees. Why do we have to ask the cashier to bag groceries when it is a true standard grocery store norm in our realm? Is this strange to anyone else?

OK I was hesitant to try ONF again, since the last time I went in was...not a great experience. Tl;Dr THIS PLACE ROCKS NOW. Reasonably-priced organic foods, a ridiculously huge selection of bulk foods (flours, nuts, seeds, granola, nooch, fruit) that you can BYO containers to fill (if you wish), every vegan and vegetarian thing you can think of, a deli, a coffee bar/cafe, a bakery, a crafts store, outdoor seating (with hammocks!), and, last but most of all, dozens of happy, proactively HELPFUL, and knowledgeable employees. I literally stood around looking confused for 5 seconds before someone asked if they could help me. THREE TIMES. I'd give this place 100 stars. Great job all around.

We were owners for more than a decade, and finally quit because of what we viewed as horrible management. Well, that manager has quit, they brought in a coop “fixer”, who has empowered the employees and made them feel wanted, and ONF appears to be heading in a good direction. We have renewed our ownership and started shopping and eating there again. Thank you to everyone at ONF that stuck it out and who are now working for ONF’s benefit, which is good for all of us. Very happy!

My favorite grocery store! I drive 25-30 min from Rogers about once a week to visit here. They have all the vegan and healthier products I prefer (except for Cedars brand hummus - if they stocked that I would fully ditch whole foods! ?), and I love their business model! Good produce selection, cute plant area, nice outdoor hangout/sitting location too. I haven't tried their food bar/cafe but it looks good! And their vegan scones are AMAZING!!

Great selection and lovely atmosphere. Have a coffee or a beer and sit on the patio! Absolutely loved it here!

The ill mannered, poorly socialized, nouveau-sorta-riche clientele have turned me off from becoming a member. Money can’t buy class and we don’t want to hang out or shop where people act trashy.

Very good selection of many household and grocery items. The employees are always very nice and helpful! The outdoor area is also a great community gathering point and date spot.

I LOVE this place! There are so many items in this store that I was in awe! I love the dispensers of lentils, oats, nut butters, etc. I also love all the local products in there, such as Zelli! Definitely worth our drive!

I love this place. It's like what Whole Foods used to be when it first opened - only better. The coffee bar and patio/outdoor area are great to grab a quick coffee and a healthy snack or to set up and get some work done.

One star only because they have completely changed since moving locations. Instead of being all about quality food at great prices, being environmentally conscience with their massive selection of bulk foods, and focusing of holistic agriculture with aspecialty homestead section. They now embody politics, woke culture and there pricing is insane. Not to mention their bulk section is less than a quarter of what it use to be. They have lost my business entirely.

This was an …interesting… place. I did like all of the varieties of foods they have along with so many by-the-pound grains, beans, flour, nuts, dried fruits as well as sushi made on-site. The place was very clean and staff were all pleasant and helpful.None of the other shoppers were interactive or gave any indication they wanted to be. Everyone seemed to be cocooned in their own little world. That the part that was …interesting… to me. ??♀️

Yesterday I went in to ONF to grab a few items. I forgot my baby carrier so I strategically had my purse pack on my back, my cloth reusable grocery bag over my shoulder and my wiggly four month old baby in my arms. I grabbed a few items from the produce section, put them in my bag and then headed over to the cold food section. While looking at the food there was a women next to me barking orders at an employee about what food to put out/not put out, how she wanted it done etc... . In the midst of that I grabbed a premade sandwich and placed it in my cloth grocery sack with my other things. In that very moment she raised her voice at me and aggressively barked, "Ma'am! You CANNOT put your things in your personal purse!" Startled, I assured her my purse was was on my back and it was my grocery sack (that I use there on a weekly basis like many other customers). But all she did was repeat herself and added, "you can get a cart or I can get one for you." I tried to explain in this particular instance I could not use a cart as I was carrying a small baby.. but she would not even give me the time of day. She raised her voice at me more and repeated assertively, "YOU CAN GET THE CART YOURSELF OR I CAN GET IT FOR YOU!" She was not going to let me continue shopping until I did what she said. So, confused and alarmed I grabbed a cart but it was much too hard to use for my circumstances so I left. Before I walked out though I saw two other people in the store with reusable grocery sacks with their groceries in them as they were checking out so I found it even more odd that I had been scolded. I have never had an experience like this. And I had never seen this woman there before either. I don't think she had a name tag or any co-op garb on. If she is part of management in some capacity someone needs to sit her down and teach her how to speak to people. You will lose employees and customers by talking to them in such an ugly manner. Needless to say, I had to finish my grocery shopping at Whole Foods where I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone.

Oh my! I wish we'd had time to stay longer but my sister brought her grandkids in for their after school snack as one was heading to babysit n the other Dad picking up and dinner would come later. I didn't see much of the store but enough to know I want to come back. There was a deli, salad bar n quick type things to get whether cold or hot food and I was thrilled to find sushi I'd never had before! Naturally I bought some. ?There was inside n outside dining areas plus a bar outside? Not sure on that but saw signage pertaining to packaged alcohol sold in store could not be consumed on premises, just what they sold by the drink in assigned areas was. Can't wait till my next trip there.
