The PetSmart staff is friendly and fun to chat with. We talk cats, dogs, and frogs. They are also knowledgeable and cost conscious when making suggestions. One of the staff members even suggested to ‘sponge bath’ Haden’s frogs. ??We all love it! ? ?

Nice place. Most workers where polite. The ones helping get animals out of cages need to be gentle. One worker took a good angle and was polite to my kids. Showed them some cute dog toys. We walked out with 3 unexpected toys :) That lady was good at her job and sales.

I like this PetSmart compared to other pet stores in the area. I only use this particular store to get frozen food for my saltwater fish. They have reasonable prices and friendly staff that greet you at the door.
