Just drove 30 minutes to look at a property only to be told it is exclusively for UofA members. I asked if that was noted anywhere on the listing. He said yes. I asked him to show me where, he couldn’t. Said it doesn’t matter, he can’t rent it to me anyway. Not a good experience. Huge waste of my time.

Extremely unprofessional old grumpy man runs this. I'm not surprised the property I was looking at has been listed for three months, it's even next to the university too. This man picked up the phone like I was the problem. I can only imagine how hard it would be to get a repair done
