Been going here for years! I have never had a bad experience. A wide array of colors! The staff is always so kind. After I had my daughter they would hold her for me while I got my nails done. Lots of mommy/daughter dates here in the future.

I walked in so I expected a wait. When the gentleman came over, he was watching a soccer game on his phone. When he started using the drill he tore my nail away from my finger. I asked for someone different. After about 20 minutes someone came over and trimmed my nails. When she started using the block that smoothes my nails, she was so rough my finger started bleeding to the point it was dripping from my finger. At this point, I walked out. Unfortunately I can not post pictures.

I absolutely love Q nails! They are always so kind and do exactly what i ask for every time. They are fast, but very efficient! Their prices are very fair considering the great work they do. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

Soooo my wife, like a lot of woman, enjoys a little pampering and likes to get her nails done. Well everyone piece of advice DO NOT take them to this place! After the first person almost tore her nail off the bed cause he was too busy watching a soccer game on his phone to pay attention to what he was doing she refused to let him finish. Apparently this upset the next person who used a file to cut open her finger! What a joke of a business! No wonder there rating was so low! Piece of advice go elsewhere it's not worth the pain!

The service is so timely. If they are busy they will request you to come back at a certain time and when you do come back they are ready to work on your fingers or toes. Very talented and will always show the pride in the quality of their work. Highly recommended.

A male did my sisters nails yesterday, and was very rough, and ended up cutting into her fingers. We had to go to another nail shop for them to soak and fix my sister's nails. Very disappointed ?
Over 60$ wasted.
