They don’t take walkins anymore. They also no longer have an option to say you’re dropping off so unless you tell someone you could be waiting an hour or more to hand them a bag.

The Bentonville clinic and my insurance have tried working together to get the attention of Andrew Armstrong. No luck after almost 1 hour of waiting. Why such a huge issue with Quest to help us?

Something is wrong with the phone system - dialing 6 to speak to someone results in nearly instant hang-up. Unable to verify they have my father's physician's order. Usually a nice experience otherwise.
