Placed an order almost a month ago. (9 days shy) and still have not received it. I called 5 days after placing the order to see when it was expected to ship and they said to give it a couple more days. I waited a week and a half and sent an email asking about ship date and they said I had purchased “pre order” items and that I would have to wait 15 business days for the items to ship. (I don’t remember seeing pre order anywhere, especially not on the order page which is where they said it was, but I agreed to wait 15 days) here we are at the 16th business day and they said it could be another week!! If not longer!! And they will not give me a refund, even though I’ve never even received the items!! Lesson learned, don’t order online.*now end of day 17*Emily Harper promised me yesterday that my order would ship and it didn’t.She then promised me this morning that it would ship and guess what, it didn’t.She blames it on being a small business and a faulty printer.

The staff members were SO great!! Totally entertained my chatty 5 year old while her teenage sister and I tried on clothes. We were in a rush and didn't purchase anything but have made it a point to be back tomorrow when we have more time just because the girls were so sweet!! We come here every time we are in town and always end up finding something super cute!! Great price point and such fun stuff!!

Not impressed with cloth material. Went to wash a shirt that was worn one time and found a hole already. Material is light weight soft and ready to crumble. Paid top dollar 36$ plus shipping. Sent memo to them but no reply.

RiffRaff has Zero Plus Size options and claims not to have public rest rooms. I think they do have public rest rooms, they just didn't want me to use it because there was Nothing for me to buy. Very Disappointing! I will never go there again, even when buying gifts for my skinny friends!

I really hated to see all the negative reviews about customer service. I’m glad I never saw this review site before I placed my order so I could make my own opinion. This was actually my first time ordering from Riffraff and I absolutely love your online store!! During the holiday season, I had an unfortunate experience with my Riffraff package. I was devastated and had no idea what I was going to do. I searched for my package, even to the next county but to no avail no luck. Emily and her co workers were so kind and helpful to me during this time. I was in tears as I had gotten most of my Christmas gifts and some for myself too and they were just gone. I just wanted to thank Emily for taking the time to help me get through this difficult situation. Their customer service is top notch and everyone could take a lesson from them. They are very attentive, answer questions in a timely manner and if they don’t know the answer themselves, they will find someone that does so that they can get you the help you need. So, to everyone at Riffraff… THANK YOU SO MUCH ? FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!! ? And I love ? all of my stuff and can’t wait to get the rest!! I wish there was a store close to me! I placed an order on 1/17/2023 for a Valentine's sweater. My order moved to processing but nothing happened after that. I reached out weeks later to figure out what was going on, and received a rude email telling me I had placed a "pre-order" on the sweater (no I hadn't. In fact, I wouldn't have ordered at all if it was on pre-order, as I really didn't care either way about the sweater. Why would I wait weeks/months, since they don't tell you how long pre-order is, for a sweater I only halfway cared about).I just received it on 2/6/2023. It's a Hanes Ultimate Cotton sweater that sells for $16 online. The price on RiffRaff? $54. The print job is fine but that's literally all they do. Buy a cheap sweater and print on it, and take nearly a month to do it. I could've bought one hand stitched off Etsy for that same time and price.

I ordered a month ago it was a Christmas gift. I never received my ordered no updates I call the store 3 times never heard back from them. I'm out my money no Christmas gift. I would no order from this company ever!!!! I really need the boots I feel the ripped me off . Merry Christmas to u hope u enjoy my money. I will be contacting my credit card company plus the better business for on line business. Buyers do not wasted your money or time ordering from them

I’ve been purchasing from Riffraff over the past year, and I’ve been happy with my purchases. I agree that the customer service could improve. I tried reaching out to them and never received a response. The product I ordered was not the fabric content as described. It was a cheap top, so not a big deal. I just donated it. I will continue to buy from Riffraff because I adore everything else I have purchased. They have awesome sales, and I love that they’re a small and somewhat local business.

This place is fine if you're shopping in store, but horrible if you're ordering online from them. ordered a jacket two weeks ago for in store pickup. I made the mistake of showing up simply thinking they had it in stock a few days later (my fault) but it absolutely wasn't in stock. That's fine. But it's been weeks now and no word. And when I went to pick up my order the first time I could barely get the girls working inside to look at me or help me, and the vibe was very much that I was inconveniencing them. I left pretty fast because of it and didn't want to browse around the store even though there was cute stuff. Also they only offer store credit for returns, otherwise I would have cancelled this order a long time ago. Contrarily, I placed an order at Clothe Boutique in Fayetteville and my order was dispatched the next day. Regrettably I won't be back, which is a shame because there is no reason this store shouldn't have better customer service.

Customer service was super responsive when I had a question about shipping, and the clothes are just as cute in person as they looked online!! Ordering from new websites can be nerve wracking not knowing if you’ll have a good experience or not, but my first order confirmed that I will definitely be ordering again!

I have never had a worse experience with a store. I placed an online order in November! It somehow got lost and I could barely get help. The emails I received were rude and short. I finally was able to replace the order back on November 30th and have not even been notified if it's shipped. I received an email saying the fulfillment process began and usps is awaiting the item, that was over a week ago with no changes. I try to email the business for some help or any info on my order and I am just ignored. No one responds. Truly the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Unbelievable.
