This was my second time buying tires with RNR. Shawn remembered me from 2-3 years ago, and was extremely helpful and fast. He is a stellar salesman who prioritizing making customers feel welcome and getting them affordable tires without any hassle or long waits. Going over paperwork with Tara was a breeze, she is super friendly and eager to help. She makes the payment process quick and easy. I will 100% be back anytime I need tires, rotations, or alignments.

A recent visit with some family left me with a tire in need of a patch. I ended up coming here on a whim, and I'm thankful that I did. The Owners and workers were very polite and respectful and took care of my tire within a good time frame.
On top of that they gave me the patch for free, only asking for me to take a moment to review them online. Their act of kindness sparked the same in me, leading me to take that money I would of spent on the patch and give it as a tip to a fast-food worker when I went out to lunch.
Thank you For your service, and I look forward to returning to you all in the future.
