Was on I-49 South & Razorback Road today in the slow lane. A Safelite van tagged ACW 58K flew up exceeding the speed limit and tailgated me for 2 miles almost bumper to bumper. In a company vehicle? Horrible.

Terrible-I scheduled an appointment for one glass chip. The tech they couldn't fix because it had already been filled which was not true as we were the only owners of the car. We had never had any work done on the windshield. Waste of time. Not professional

It is impossible to talk to the actual store. Their phone number only tells you to go online or use their app.

Messed up my rear view mirror camera and the tech says he can’t fix it and to just take it to the dealership. Sure. I have time for that.

Quoted $159 for repair of a chip smaller than a dime. Everyone else I checked was $40-$55. Wayyyyy over priced.

Safelite did an excellent job replacing our windshield. It’s as good as new. Staff was very polite and helpful.

You MUST visit this business IN PERSON. Do NOT use their automated phone number. You will be locked into a never ending computer hellscape that will force you to go online to book an appointment that will cost MORE than twice as much as if you go in person!!!The computer quoted almost $160+ to fix my windshield and when I went in person the price came down to less than $70.Super nice staff and they fixed my chipped window screen quickly so it wouldn't crack.

The service is great but the windshields I feel are weak as this is the second windshield I've had replaced from them. Only went with the company as it's covered under my insurance. Again nothing wrong with the service, quick and very informative on what and what not too do after completion of installation

definitely call around to your mom and pops glass shop they will do way better than safelite. I wasted a day waiting on this glass tech that was about as rude as they get after not warranting the windshield they wouldn't keep the online price terrible experience. local shop glass install for under $300 safelite online was under $300 they get here want over $500 again beware call around cause safelite doesnt care if they cost you money and time and they don't care what customers they loose. After all the bs with safelite found a great local company that stays busy fixing safelite screwups and have my business from now on.

Filed a claim with my insurance to get a crack fixed; they recommended safelite. Originally the claim was only for a small rock sized crack but then it split across the windshield so the whole thing needed to be replaced. Note: I've had my windshield replaced in the past and it's been around $200. My deductible was $500, so I thought surely it wouldn't be over the deductible. There was no discussion of price prior to the repair, no heads up on how expensive it would be, but I guess I should have asked. Towards the end, a staff member came out and told me my windshield wipers needed replaced; trying to save a few bucks I told him I would do it when I got home. At the end of the appointment they said I owed the full deductible ($500), which I thought was steep but so is everything now so whatever. He could have mentioned that replacing my wipers would be of no cost to me since it was going to be over my deductible but I guess that would just be courteous and not required, so that's fine. Just out of curiosity, I went on their website and asked for a claim estimate and it said $375 for a replacement so why was my replacement $530? Not sure, guess it was just an estimate, but that seems a little sketchy. Then, I get a message from my insurance company that said safelite sent them an invoice saying they owed an additional $450 on top of the $500 I payed. I called my insurance who contacted safelite who said this must have been an error, they actually only owed $38. How do you get these two numbers mixed up? I don't know: double sketchy. So overall, this place tried to charge $950 for a replacement when their website estimated it would be $375 and weren't up front about much of anything. Only giving two stars because they did the replacement and it looks good. Wouldn't use again, definitely would not recommend.
