I don’t know who I just talked to but whoever answered my call to the pharmacy on 7/19/2023 at 10:20 in the morning had the best customer service I’ve come across in awhile. She was so sweet even though I was frustrated. She deserves a raise.

This is a nice, large Sam's Club. The traffic and parking here is a little crazy though especially the gas station. I like that it is conveniently located right off the interstate. The store itself is usually nicely stocked, lots of samples, beautiful fresh flowers, and has a larger than normal clothing area, in my opinion. The seafood and meat dept is also really large compared to other stores I have been to. The tire and battery section has a friendly staff that were helpful and knowledgable when I brought my car in yesterday for a tire roation. Here are my few issues: besides being crowded this is the only Sam's Club I have been to that many of the sale items I purchased rang up full price even after I verified via the app that they were in deed on sale. So I had to go to customer service after and go through the process of a refund. Also, when I called the store # to make a tire appt, it was sent to a call center. She made my appt at 130 but when I showed up today for my appt they said it was at 1 and they don't take appts on the half hour and they always have issues with the call center scheduling incorrectly. So I had to wait and be fit in for an appt. Frustrating that they are aware of this issue, but it is still happening.

They didn't have my meds in stock. The tech is very unhelpful said she could not look to see if any other Walmart had them in stock . Which I believe to be untrue . Could not tell me if ordered when they would be in. Just felt very judged like she didn't approve of my doctors decision. After 2 days the first med came in and I picked it up. She could not be bothered to tell me when the second would be available. Told me to call in everyday and check with her. Pharmacist was great but good luck getting to that step.

They are very busy sometimes but their staff is always clearly working hard to help everyone. Heather has now helped me twice with the new Doordash delivery integration when I’ve called in and I know it can’t be easy to juggle those calls and orders on top of the customers in store; she does a great job and is very efficient. From someone who truly appreciates the whole team at this Sam’s Club pharmacy, thank you for what you do!

We just joined and I really like the scan and pay feature! I scan the items I put in my cart using the Sams club app and check out using the app when I'm finished shopping! It's literally scan, pay and go! The store is big and clean and has lots of fresh produce, meats, dairy and other selections. And gas prices at the pump are great too!

Life savers!! I walked out and stupidly left my wallet in the cart. They were very kind and professional when I called and checked for it immediately. They then called me back and I was able to come back and retrieve it. I can't believe cash and everything was still inside. Thank you so much to the staff! I think the ones I spoke to were a woman named Shawna and a man named Juan. I really appreciate you guys!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. There is not enough space for me to type my hellish experience with Sam's club customer service both via phone and 2 store locations later. For no reason our membership was cancelled but they kept our money. Was only advised we could spend another $45 to setup another membership. Mind you we are brand knew members started 8/22/21 as of 9/4/21 I will never return.

I have been trying to order some advertised furniture for a bit now. It's been out of stock since I saw the ad go up two weeks ago. Come on you either sell what you advertise or you pull the ad! It's called Truth in Advertising.

We visited Arkansas over Thanksgiving break and my mother-in-law and I made a visit to Sam's Club while I was there. I only have a Costco membership in Albuquerque (even though we have Sam's Club locations) and after my visit to this Sam's, I might be owning another membership. Side note: it's not an option to own a Costco membership in Arkansas...not in Sam Walton's backyard. Although they offer many similar items, there are still enough differences I believe investing in both memberships might be beneficial here. This particular store was very clean, spacious, stocked, and in general well cared for. They had self check out lanes as well registers with employees to scan your items. I picked up a few clothing pieces that I have since enjoyed. My mother-in-law grab her produce and we left happy campers.

And I love that Plus members get free car washes here. It easily pays for my membership. I did pick up today. He carefully placed everything in my divided grocery container and left me a surprise treat. A small reusable bag, a truffle and a package of peaches and cream oatmeal. Now if I could just get them to do sushi curbside my Covid life would be complete

Please think twice about ordering flowers from this location. I ordered flowers 3 weeks before my event, only to be told they had NO RECORD of my order when I went to pickup on my scheduled day/time.

I at the Fayetteville Sams Club this morning and I was very impressed with the fact that almost everyone was wearing a mask. Customers and employees. This was wonderful to see.
