I'm glad we have this here but the convenience of location is about the only reason I rated it so high. Anytime we need anything we check online to make sure it's in stock and sometimes even call. When we get here, 90% of the time no one can find it at all. I also am disappointed because it's a certified amp shop and yet they have to send stuff out to be worked on. If they advertise they can do it to begin with, I'd like my stuff to not be sent all over the place.

Couldn't find it, just a wall. Looked like lead paint so I didn't eat.

February 2021 by Heather W.
It pains me to write this, but here we go... December 12th went in and asked to look at a beat machine and a speaker. The woman who helped didn't indicate that she had nothing we wanted in stock until after we picked everything out. As she was helping us (my brother and me), a guy who worked there would interject every so often insulting her. It was super awkward. I couldn't tell if he was actually being mean or trying to be funny. Whatever it was, don't insult employees in front of customers. Well alright. People run out of stock. So she places the order and has a very hard time with doing so, as well as applying the discount. Also, the price she quoted for the beat machine ended up being wrong (the machine she quoted originally was refurbished and this was not disclosed to us). To her credit, a manager came over and adjusted the discount to apply to the entire purchase. We were told the beat machine would arrive in 5-7 days. Then the order was canceled. The shipping address did not match the billing address. So rather than Guitar Center reaching out to confirm that it was a legitimate purchase, they just canceled it altogether. So I call and it takes over and hour and a half to get it remedied. We're told it would arrive February 3rd. February 3rd we're told it's on back order and again may arrive February 22nd. Last check they claimed not to be able to find the order. Called back and someone pulled it up right away. At this juncture ready to cancel the order and go to Amazon. Really, really disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Recently (November 2020) I was shopping for a telecaster style guitar. I was unsure of which model specifically suited my needs. After visiting a couple of other shops, I stopped by Guitar Center Fayetteville to look and try their tele selection. Erin Detherage came over after I had picked up a Fender "player series" tele. She was extremely helpful with information about the different versions of the tele (squire/player/American). After about 20 minutes of her helping me with questions and information I purchased a "player series" (the new MIM) tele. Erin made the purchasing process easy, non-pressured, and informative. Since then I have picked it up every day and enjoyed my new guitar.

Mai did a full set of dipped nails for me, and I'm in love! The work is beautiful, length and shape is consistent and the color is GORGEOUS! She truly made my experience great. Very kind. Also gave my hands and forearms a massage after finishing my nails. Pricing was completely fair. I'll definitely be returning and bringing my friends. Thanks, Mai!

It's not gourmet pizza, let's get that out of the way. First time in a very long time since we have been here. It was busy. The staff kept the tables clean and buffet full. It has a lot of different pizzas and they will make you one if you ask. The salad bar was there. Other than that there's not much to say about it. Very limited toppings and shredded lettuce. Drink bar was kept clean. Wasn't a bad experience and it was not a tremendous one either.

Let's be honest it's not the greatest pizza in the world, but it's not awful either. For the price it's super cheap to feed to hungry boys, and mama love their pasta salad. This particular location is very clean and friendly. Stay away during heavy rush times because they will not have a seat. The small arcade is all the motivation my lil guy needs to eat his food too. Good family friendly place with something for every one.

I needed some METAL washers for my Tama Artstar ES kick drum. They had none in stock from Tama, but they hooked me up with 10 for free! Aquarian kick pad and some tape to score my drum kit on my beautiful new Tama rug! In a jam to jam and they will make it happen for you! No Paiste Cymbal Cleaner, but that's fine at this point. Return to the house to continue the job of getting my setup ready for practice this week and a gig for March 25th! More in the works! It's happening'! Digz!

They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock, but they found me something that would work just fine. Everyone I dealt with was really nice and helpful. They have quite a selection and I would shop here again.

Good food and a decent selection. The place is pretty clean and the people aren't rude. They could be a little more friendly.

I love this place. It's nice to be able to try out a guitar instead of just clicking a mouse and hoping for the best. Plus, these guys will leave you alone and let you play all day.

I usually try and use the local guys, but on big $ purchases, I always go to Guitar Center. They will beat any price printed or quoted, and they also stand behind what they sell you if you get it from the store. I purchased a Taylor T5 from them, and there was something broken internally with it. Needles to say I was a little concerned that I just paid 4000.00 for a guitar that did not function properly. My fears were washed away when I called and they told me to bring it back and they would order me another one.(which they did).

Glad to have a Guitar Center in the area! Pretty friendly people and good selection of gear.
