The absolute WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BANK WITH SIMMONS. We closed our account two weeks ago and instead of declining my husbands check they excepted it and just didn’t tell us! Now we have to wait for them to send it back! So glad we got out when we did! On top of outrageous fees they have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There are so many other better banks than Simmons.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. This is far and away the worst banking experience I've ever had, from falsely shutting down my checking account due to fraud and wrecking me financially to MASSIVE overdraft fees that seem to change parameters monthly. Atrocious customer service and out of date technology to add insult to injury. This is quite literally the worst bank I've ever seen, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEMI have had to call in a favor from another Simmons branch president 3 times now and they continue to treat my account with no care whatsoever. Bank with literally anyone else

The loan officers at Simmons bank don't respect or value their customers. I had a loan advisor hang up the phone on me despite the fact that I have gotten 3 loans and paid them all back early. They were unwilling to listen or cooperate with me and now I'm presented with the serious consideration of switching my bank, both business and personal. Much appreciated Brad.

Tellers are pleasant and capable. The manager has been with Simmons a good long while. She's great.

This bank is stuck in the past. If you need statements from months ago you have to pay $3 copy/month or have someone do the digging for you for $20/hr. Mobile banking might as well not exist. I need previous statements to prove I made payments on time and will have to dish out money for the info when I can just pull up and export it through my Arvest app. Do not recommend.

Last few times i have gone to this location the service has been horrible. I don't think anyone knows how to smile or be friendly. NO customer service. Happy with Simmons as a bank but not this locations CS.

I deposited a $6500 check last Friday and they only posted $500. They are making me wait 5 days to credit my account the rest of the money when it's clearly their fault that they dis not post the correct amount. We had already ordered parts and now we will have to reorder tomorrow when they FINALLY put the CORRECT amount into my account. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!

They seem to be contradicting with their customer's sensitive information. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would move my accounts elsewhere.
