I needed a wine glass with a picture and etching on it, and I needed it asap! I left a message and the owner called me personally and said they would do it that day and ship it immediately. It arrived 2 days later and was even nicer than the pictures on their website. Thank you Spotted dog!

An error was made on one of my orders. I contacted customer service, and got a reply the very next day. All I have to say is, a replacement was at my door by end of the week!FRIGGIN FANTASTIC!!!!!!Great customer service!

Excellent customer service. Explained my need for personalized glassware as a last minute birthday gift and they completed and shipped the order the same day and I received it within 24 hours in Canada. Very friendly. Mug and glass feel solid and engraving looks nice.

I just received my growler and glass today. It only took 2 days from date ordered to delivery. Not only that but I made a last minute change to the glass and they gladly honored the change request. You guys were a pleasure to talk to on the phone, very helpful.
