I don't really recommend the Samsung S23. I have small hands and it barely fits to type on. It's also VERY slippery and I've already lost it twice due to slipping into the couch or lzboy.If I had known it was this small, I Def would not have purchased it.The T-MOBILE crew wad great though. Very friendly & efficient & knowledgeable

T mobile service in general sucks. You have to keep rebooting it to work everyday.This location of workers also aren’t nice.

Took 2 hrs for the agent to get our phones working.Not his fault we transferred from Mint to T-Mobile and mint messed it up.This agent done an awesome job of getting it all taken care of.His name is Alieda may not be spelled right but he took care of us.

I went in asking questions about a TMobile phone that I had on the way because I changed my provider from cricket. They were very rude. Had no answers and acted like I was bothering them. I asked them about accessories for the phone(Motorola edge)that T-Mobile offered me to come over. If I would have been treated like that before I switched providers, I would never have switched. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time...

Every time I've been in, they only have two people to help and each time I wait over an hour to be helped. Last week I waited an hour. Both employees were helping the same people for the whole hour. I asked how much longer and one said about 15 minutes.... I left. It's like this every time I go in with an issue. They need to get more people to help. Not sure I'm going to keep going with T Mobile. There's been a lot of issues with my phone and internet, and then there's the wait at the store

Very grateful and pleased for the customer service we received here. We were switching 3 phones from two different services over to T Mobile. Our representative, Sean, helped us stack two different deals. When Straight Talk refused to tell him the account number, Sean guessed each digit (of the 15 digit account number) until he got the whole account number from them. He is a dedicated and fun representative. Come in and ask for Sean if you want a pleasant and seamless experience.

I called the store inquiring about a particular model of phone I was wanting to purchase. A not so friendly guy returned with: "what you mean?" after I finished my question - which wasn't a difficult one (just asking if he had an iPhone SE.) I again explained that I was looking for a new phone. He said: "you'll just have to come in here and look.". What a dork.

I had a billing issue (to no fault of the people here) and they handled the issue very politely and professionally. One person in particular named Isaac has been extremely helpful and understanding. He even helped me and my mom get set up on the same phone plan right after dealing with the aforementioned billing issue and is just overall a really chill dude. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
