I recently purchased a vehicle online from Superior! They have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced! One would think, if you spend $45k with them, they would provide you at the very least, good customer service. If you purchase online from, have the salesman (Shane Fowler is the worst) do a FaceTime with you so you can get them to start the vehicle so you can see the the display panel to ensure nothing mechanical is wrong! Don't Trust Them!

Had a little road bump during the transaction of buying a car out of state but Mason (business manager), and the team took care of the issue right away. Very professional with great customer service. Would def buy from again!

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! I was approved by my bank and they told me I was NOT, so I had to cover negative equity by giving them nearly 8K which my bank already covered with my pre-approval, that's not all they ran my credit through 5 different banks without my permission, oh wait there's more the document states GLC so why is my bank telling me the loan was for a GLK??? Oh don't bank on customer service the VP Josh will talk down to you like Forrest Gump, or if you're lucky his staff will hang up on you on or ignore all emails and text messages regarding their FRAUD. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ALL DISHONEST AS FAKE AS EYELASH EXTENSIONS.

I found the perfect car and was assisted by Eric Michaels. He was like talking to a best friend. In no time the paperwork was completed. The car was delivered the next day. He was absolutely awesome to work with. Recommend Eric and Suoerior to anyone looking. I couldn't be happier.

Bought a car from superior, great experience. The challenger had a cracked windshield and the service AWD light came on during test drive. My sales men Jay said they would replace the windshield and service the AWD. They absolutely took care of it, gave me a loaner car and communicated during the process extremely well. Jay found the part for the AWD and had it over night expressed, and fixed the next day. I love my car 2017 dodge challenger thank you Jay for all you do.

Ken was fantastic, he was never pushy and he was great to deal with. The finance team was great and worked to beat the finance rates that they quoted. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend them.

Superior is the name of the business but, superior is the quality of care I received!!!!! So it was easy as setting on the couch, going to there website, Juan was my salesman that seen I had a question on purchasing a new vehicle. Instantly was he on top of it, messaging me back, answering my questions, making sure my needs were met, as far as the right payment, the right vehicle, the right trade in value, sales tax, tinting, any and all my request was met ABOVE and BEYOND! Juan and Justin in sales, including Adam by getting me my weather mats, and putting them in was WONDERFUL! They made every part of it work with my schedule on my time and on my money! They are the reason I purchased a NEW 2021 Chevy Blazer! Thank you Superior Chevrolet in Conway, AR!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!SUBPAR SAFETY INSPECTIONS!EXCELLENT UPFRONT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOLLOW THROUGH!Bought Nissan Armada online. We had a great experience with the salesman over a facetime to see the aesthetics of the car. Sadly, they never followed through in the facetime for the mechanical piece. We recieved the car after several canceled deliveries to find a laundry list of issues... including: warped rotors, front pinion seal leak, ac compressor leak and ac blowing warm, exhaust leaking from cut and poorly welded flange, and other minor issues.. none of which were disclosed. Kim, the online sales rep, who was extremely responsive leading up to the sale, has stopped responding to phone calls since my husband notified them of these issues and asked for them to pay for replacement parts. Since my husband is a mechanic we are only asking them to pay for the parts at cost (not marked up retail prices) so he can do the repairs. Kim informed him through a text message today that the vehicle passed their safety inspection with all of these issues and they will not reimburse us for anything.
