It's no longer an active artists hub, the physical installation is pretty much the same as it was years ago, with some minor additions.
If you've never visited before it's worth the trip as the artwork is unique.
There's an outlet for local artists' Jewelry and crafts.
Admission is free.

Me and the hubby went out to Terra Studios this weekend for the “big mouth” clay making class! We had no idea what to expect and we were so tickled we went! Our Clay Maven teacher, Wren, was fabulous and fun and very good at leading us through our clay project which was whimsical and fun to create!
Besides the beautiful grounds and the legendary sculpture park these classes are a fun (and inexpensive) way to break out of routine thinking and shift into your creative mind!
We will be taking more classes and if I had my way we’d take them all! ?
As an added bonus we met John Ward, a master potter and genuine human being! ?
If you’ve not been you must go! And if you have been you already know this place is a Fayetteville treasure!

Update: we joined for our second class with them making a Nessie and loved it!
Highly recommend visiting and taking one of their classes/looking through the gallery. We took a pottery class here making the big mouth monsters and it was super fun! Our instructor Wren was incredible and kind, a great teacher and did a great job walking us through all of the steps. We all love that we got to make our own to bring home. The gallery has amazing local artists, and has something for everyone - perfect place for really unique gifts. I loved walking around the outdoor areas as well because I used to come here at least once a year as a kid (20+ years ago) and it is so nostalgic. I think kids could have a lot of fun here playing around as parents sit outside. Their artists are all amazing and I'd love to see them thrive!

This just open studio that you can walk around and see all the installations. You are free to walk around just stay out the personal homes on the grounds. Place to have picnic bring wet wipes or napkins. There’s a big gift shop with local artists sculptures, ceramics, blown glass and the blue bird that they stop making in 2019. But don’t you worry they stocked way up on them before stopping the practice since it’s harmful to the environment.

It's free! The grounds, the garden, the labyrinth, it's free of charge. The grounds are filled with small (and a few large) terra cotta handmade sculptures. There is a wizard's cave on the grounds with an "underground" grotto filled with colored glass and clay monsters. There is a snack shop inside the artists' shop. The shop is filled with original artwork with very reasonable prices. We have been here many times over the years, and we have never been disappointed.

My husband and I visited in a whim. We spent probably 2 hours walking around the grounds, strolling the art shop, and playing checkers. It is very whimsical and weird in a wonderful way. It is old, but the original artists have passed. We enjoyed learning about the bluebirds of happiness and purchased a pair on a heart for our anniversary. I thought that the grounds were nice and seemed well kept. The art shop was very nice. I intend to look at their art classes for my son as well.

This is a cool place. We didn't have time to explore everything.
No charge to be there, but they do ask for a donation. I like that a lot.
We were geocaching and found the place. Lots of things to see and the art is amazing.

Whimsical place. My children love going. Admission is free. I miss that they don't make the glass bluebirds for public viewing anymore. That was a highlight for us.

Super unique spot, worth the drive. Lots of local art to purchase as well as a little cafe to grab a bite to eat. Primarily ceramics in the shop with a few other items mixed it. Would be cool to see them incorporate a few other different types of art. Cool outdoors areas to check out as well. Seems like a great place to bring kids. Make sure you wander around and see it all. First time I went I thought I had and then realized there were a few areas outdoors I’d missed.

Off the beaten path but worth a visit. Art gallery (local artists) Quirky art all over the grounds. Labyrinth to walk. Picnic area. large chess board outside to play with. Kind of hard to describe it all with out actually going there.
