Did NOT love hearing the male lead on duty telling a female cashier to "Smile! You should smile more!" While she was already presenting a very post and engaging experience, his remark was sexist and unwarranted.

I shop here a lot but with the holiday season there is way to much stuff in this store it’s overwhelming, in boxes on the floor can’t walk down certain areas, can’t find what your looking for because it’s spread out all over the store. When it’s hard to shop and find what you need I would rather go somewhere else or order online. I love shopping at the Max but not this Christmas.

Very busy, very packed and messy store. We were looking for something specific and hoping for the same location as our hometown TJ Maxx. Wow, we gave up. The store was in such disarray and hard to pass down aisles with other customers we couldn't even shop.

Store has a large variety of things, but most clothing and toy aisles are so narrow 2 carts can't pass each other. Any time there's a decent amount of people it's chaos.

I bought a set of skirt with blouse and the skirt messed up! They didn't want to refund me the money back. I showed the receipt and either way.
