My husband and I just did a 1,200 mile move from Utah to Arkansas. UPack was the best price by far. I like that you pay only for the space you use. We went with the ABF trailer. The ordering process was easy, and the trailer was delivered as promised. We used exactly the 17’ I’d estimated. Our trailer arrived in Arkansas before we did, but was delivered the day we arrived. Pickup of the empty trailer was prompt. We’ve just retired, and I hope to never move again! But if we do, we’ll use UPack again, and I highly recommend them for any long distance moves.

I moved with my family all the way across the country from Arizona to Arkansas. The U-Pack team, from the drivers to the customer service reps, was amazing! Very easy to communicate with and on time every time. We even needed a second trailer because we had so much to move, and they accommodated us with very little notice. This is my second time using U-Pack, and although I hope to never move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

So happy with our experience with Upack and ABF. Booking was easy - every employee I communicated with a long the way was so helpful and friendly. We went with the pay for what you use method where they dropped a truck/trailer off at our house for 3 days, we packed it and they picked it up and drove it. Then we scheduled delivery and unpacked our truck. It was so so easy and a great price! We moved from Utah to Arkansas and felt like our belongings were in good and capable hands. Nothing was damaged. They were always great with communication and everything was on time.

Best moving experience ever! UPack was half the cost that PODS quoted me (moved from Fayetteville to Chicago), and they even delivered my trailer to my destination a day early. I also had a very sensitive, emotional neighbor who was distressed about the trailer being parked on the public street (I had no driveway to park it in). Despite his highly emotional behavior and belief that he was a special princess, UPack remained professional and helpful through the entire process. They also put up the bulkhead for me (I couldn't lift it myself) which was above and beyond customer service. I will definitely use them again in the future if I do another long distance move.

Awesome experience! Truck came exactly when promised. Driver was super friendly and gave us all of the information we needed. Truck was picked up on time and arrived in our new location 2 days before the estimated date. Dispatch in both locations were friendly and accurate with all information. Overall great experience and highly recommend them!

After researching several moving companies we were about to accept the fact that moving our 3 bed house from CA to AR was going to cost around $6000. We came across Upack on a Facebook group and discovered their prices to be half that. Also, you only pay for what you use based on linear feet. Their website was organized and intuitive when looking for a quote. After speaking with their customer service (which was very prompt, helpful and friendly) we decided to go with them. We reserved 20' of the trailer and scheduled a date for the it to be dropped off. The driver was helpful in describing how to pack the trailer and was happy to put it right where we wanted. We ended up only using 13' and saved a few hundred bucks. You do not need to be present when a loaded trailer is be picked up, so after scheduling a pickup date we hit the road. As we traveled we were able to view updates on the trailers progress. The estimated delivery time was 6-8 business days and arrived on day 8. The trailer arrived at its location on a Friday morning, but no drivers were available to bring it to the house so we had to wait until the next Monday. When the trailer arrived the driver was again very helpful and friendly and gave advise so we wouldn't damage our lawn or driveway. Based on the little bit of debris in the now empty space of the trailer, I'm guessing there had been pallets loaded in at some point. As we unloaded our things we were noticing that the items nearest the bulkhead seemed to be covered in a thin layer of fine dirt. It didn't bother us as almost everything was wrapped or in boxes. After we unloaded we asked for a pickup which came the very next day.Through our research we didn't find any options that came close to Upack. Not only is it significantly cheaper, but you don't even have to drive it across the country yourself. We are thrilled with how it all worked out for us. I have been recommending Upack to anyone who asks.

U pack delivered to our location & allowed us time 3 days to hire helpers & load the trailer. Although it's quite large truck we only used 12 feet & we were discounted. This alone took allot of pressure off us having to secure our valuables in there locked trailer as we moved across the states.

Extremely helpful! Really helped us in our crunch time and need with our apartment complex having strict rules. Augusta in Fayetteville was amazing and a life saver! Right when we were about to pull the plug on our apartment she was able to get them to work out an agreement. Such a blessing! Also love the fact that we didn't have to drive a trailer ourselves across the country! Extremely easy and relieving way to move! Go Upack!

I had to move to Pittsburgh PA for my new job. I booked a mover and they messed everything up. Later I booked UPack at the last movement. They were quick to assist and dropped a relocation cube in my parking spot. I had 1BR Apt stuff to move and I guess one cube was enough to hold my stuff. I moved my stuff to the relo cube and locked it. They delivered in a week or so time which I think little late what they earlier committed. But that's okay with me. I got my stuff the way I packed it. I was so happy that none of my stuff was broken or moved from I kept it. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks!!
