I have never had shipping service like what I received by Ky at this location. Professional, courteous, and polite. If there were only more people like Ky in the world, it would be such a better place. Thank you, sir. I appreciated all of the help.

I love this place. The gentlemen there were so helpful and kind even when that place was crowded they took time to help me figure out the issues I was having with printing out some paperwork.

SCAMMING CUSTOMERS: ROUTINE PROCEDURE TO ADD DIMENSIONS TO PACKAGE FOR GREATER PROFIT 0/5 stars. Package was mismeasured (greatly oversized, DOUBLE in each dimension so 8x the volume). This was not communicated and I was overcharge $100 to ship the package. When I tried to talk to them they berated me and told it was my fault that they added dimensions/that I didn’t know my packages original dimensions, and aparently that it is procedure for them to ALWAYS add 2-3 inches to each dimension. So don’t go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge. Was also rushed out of the store even though it was 5 minutes before close.

I've stopped by two mornings in a row to pick up my package before work and both times the staff has showed up late opening the store and it took him 50 minutes to find it because they didn't understand how long 3 feet was.
