The employee working this evening saw me walking to the door to drop off a package, it was 1-2 mins before 5pm. She locked the door in front of me, refused to let me in, and then was unfriendly and unapologetic after another employee let me in. Do better, UPS.

I hate using the UPS stores in this town. Every time I walk into this location with a pre paid shipping label they argue with me about paying $2 to print it. But they only do it half the time. One day they won’t charge… then the same employee the next week will argue I have to pay and not remember they didn’t charge me the week prior. Some poor management for sure. And $2 to print a label that’s already paid for to use your service. Petty and greedy.

******* UPDATE 10.29.23 ***********Still no word from store owner or manager. Appears to be a virtue signaling request to make things right with no intent to follow up.*********UPDATE 10.19.23**********As per store owner request emailed 10 days ago so they could look into this. Have yet to hear back from anyone.***************************************Paid to have documents shipped overnight. Even a little extra by noon. They did not arrive. Got the phone run around with the call center in the Phillipines only to be advised after a half hour the call should be to the store on Shiloh. They submitted a refund request to UPS. After a 15 business day processing time a check arrived. For a lower amount with no explanation. Called the number for questions on the check. Was chided the call should be to the local store. Ruth the manager was supposed to return the call that day. Nope. Two subsequent followups they advise she may be in store tommorrow, or not. And, she is the only one who can help. Documents ended up arriving, after a mechanical issue and UPS error, but customer service has not.

Worst store I have been there. I was yelled by the owners son. Named Roman. That guy was very very unprofessional. Especially when he’s employs have never said anything about me.

I have always had a good experience with the employees at this location, so no complaints there. But I ran out of tape at my house and took my untaped box (the size of a shoe box) with my label and she said she could tape it but it would cost me $1.66. For one 6" piece of tape. That's absurd. Can you imagine how much money they'll make off of one roll of $3 tape!? lol I'll still take my boxes there, the staff is very helpful, just putting this here to let you know that you might want to make sure you have tape to tape it yourself.

Just waited in line for 40 minutes and the line did not move at all. It was one guy working alone, and I don't know if the equipment was malfunctioning or if he just didn't know how to work it, but for it to take over 40 minutes for him to be attempting to help one person when there's a line of 8 to 10 people waiting is frustrating. I ended up having to leave before I could even be served.

Should have read the reviews before going here....save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else. I dropped my WEDDING flowers off for overnight shipping and they were delivered a day late after I paid extra for early overnight. I have been trying for more than a month to get a refund - I have called the store at least 6 times. Every time I call, the person I talk to can't help me, they say a manager will call me back, and the manager never calls. The one time I finally had a manager pick up the phone, she said she would issue a claim - never heard anything about that again. Also at one point they essentially told me I was lying about the time I dropped off my flowers - good thing I kept the receipt. I have now called 6 times, emailed 3 times, and visited in person once. Never have felt more ignored by a business. SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO FEDEX

Unprofessionalism at it's finest. Location closes before time. Lady locked door as I was walking to the door. UPS needs hire better employees for this location and fire the unprofessional ones currently here.

I think these guys really worked on their customer service and training over the past few months. Had a great experience today. Went there today and saw a long line and thought it was going to take forever, but was proven wrong. It was super fast and efficient. They did a good job — kudos for the turnaround.

I came in on my lunch break and it was pretty busy. Ruth handled my Amazon return, she was nice and got me in and out quickly! This location will definitely be my go to location in the future!

Couldn't of had a better interaction last week when I needed help with my Parcells. I think I have her name right "Ruth"? I believe it was, she was a very personable young lady adamant about helping me resolve my issue that's been plaguing me for days now concerning a 2 different packages that M.I.A. I couldn't seem to get the right help over the phone when trying to get resolve with their customer support line so i made a persoal appearance. Instantly apon my arrival I was met with top notch service. Ruth was eager to help me without hesitation. I felt like I mattered and I wasn't just another customer. I wish there were more people in this world like the young UPS employee. BECAUSE IF THERE WAS THIS WORLD WOULD BE A FAR BETTER PLACE. Thank you Ruth for your effort and top tier customer service. You were a great help and seem like a valuable asset within UPS. God bless.

This store is constantly having issues. I go here a couple times a week and about once a week their "system is down."Huge frustration to drive all the way to town only to waste time, and then have to drive back again and hope their system is working that day. Also, it's a revolving door for new employees. Employees are always nice, but they're consistently different people every few weeks.
