I had a great experience with the manager at the processing center. I had a package that was sent from Scottsdale AZ . It went to Phoenix AZ , Dallas TX , then to Kansas City Mo, the to Tulsa Oklahoma then to Fayetteville Arkansas and then delivered to my local post office. I did not know that ground advantage packages are trucked across the country now. It seems it would be less cost efficient to fly the packages by aircraft. Seems it would cost a lot to buy diesel for a truck . The manager explained it to me. He was a nice guy!

Not sure why my package keeps getting sent from this facility down to Little Rock only to return back to this facility. Has happened with multiple packages at this point and is very frustrating. Not sure who is being hired at this facility but they have shown multiple times they lack the mental competence in correctly sorting packages. The amount of times this has happened is absolutely ridiculous. Actually pay attention to the labels on the packages please and let everyone live a little easier, easily avoidable

I would leave a 0 star if I could. This place is absolutely awful, just like all of the prior reviews, my package arrived at this facility and was sent back to Little Rock. My package is a Christmas present and now It won't be here in time. The incompetence at this distribution place is unreal! No wonder the USPS is closing branches.. I'll ensure my packages are delivered via UPS or FedEx in the future.

Packages sort at this distribution center longer than they do at the Little Rock distribution center. Not sure why it's slow.

Update!Still terrible! Makes my life as a delivery driver chaotic and full of randomness.Has a proclivity to send mail incorrectly, unbundled, out of order, and late.

Absolute worst sorting facility in the entire state! USPS Express means the package will ride a snail to its final destination and then never arrive! I hate USPS!!!!
