I sent a Priority Mail envelope Friday, March 17 from Blytheville to Washington DC. It was supposed to arrive IN WASHINGTON DC by Monday, March 20. It arrived in FAYETTEVILLE AR on March 20. It was very important that envelope get there in a timely manner. I can't believe it was sent west instead of east.

How many times can you send a package back and forth between Fayetteville and Little Rock? Who are you hiring that can’t tell the difference between Prairie Grove and Pea Ridge? And why did you send a package to Russellville so it could go back to Little Rock just to come back up here? Six packages in 6 months have had problems at this facility! The USPS needs to investigate this facility because if I’ve had this many issues, then everyone else has had similar issues.2/10/2023 Update: just happened again!! Informed Delivery said I should receive today and when I didn’t get it, I checked again and it was sent back to Russellville! Seriously I’m so fed up with your incompetence!

I've had one package back in December supposed to be delivered to me one day, but it got shipped to a different post office, and that PO had to ship it back to Fayetteville, so I got it 2 days late. . Now, it's happened again. . . WHAT IS GOING ON???? PAY ATTENTION!

They sat my package on top of the mailbox instead of IN my mailbox and it clearly got stolen. Have been trying to get answers for over 2 weeks. No one returns calls and they rarely answer so I wouldn't even waste your time trying to call. Was told today that they did their job and there is nothing they can do. Totally unprofessional and they don't care!

Must be the worst possible plant in the US. They received a package I sent on December 9, and did not send it out until 3 days later. There's no reason for a package to sit at a distribution center for 3 days, especially considering that I sent 6 others at the same time and they're all either delivered already or awaiting delivery tomorrow. Unacceptable. Period.

I deal with this location quite a bit picking up hatching eggs and live chicks and have ALWAYS had an excellent experience. Most of the time the package is not listed as a hold for pickup so I have to call this USPS distribution center and they have to flag the package as being a hold and locate the item. They have physically gone thru trucks before to locate my items - always going above and beyond the call of duty! They do a phenomenal job notifying me immediately when the package arrives (sometimes even before they scan in the package) and there are zero issues when I come in to pickup. The pickup could be a Sunday evening or during the week in the morning - they are flexible. The best part about this facility is the professionalism and service they provide to customers! Kudos to David, Jeremiah and the rest of the staff and management team at this location for a customer centric focus!
