The staff at this location are hateful and unhelpful. Heaven forbid these people do their jobs. Whoever the supervisor is at this USPS needs to be fired. Or better yet, fire everyone here and start over. So that you know what USPS location not to go to they are located on E Joyce in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Automated system is a joke. Can't ever speak to someone. Ever. Spent 25 minutes just going in loops in the system never actually speaking to anyone.

I changed my address in July… I haven’t received any mail since then. I’ve call about 200 times but no one seems to answer. The one time I got someone to answer she said her computer wasn’t working and she’d give me a call back. Well 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard from her and I’ve called the office repeatedly. It’s mid October now. I’d like to get my mail please. I moved across the country. I can’t come into the office.

This post office and its mail delivery people are really not the best. Our mail containing money has been “lost” three times now. THREE times. That’s just negligence and very untrustworthy on them. I receive USPS informed delivery, where they scan in your mail daily and email you what is being delivered that day, etc. we always get all of our mail in the emails EXCEPT the mail containing money! The first time we understood things happen. Second time we were upset but still were understanding. This is the third time and it is unacceptable. No one answers the phone ever. My husband went to the post office and they turned him away with “can’t help you, sometimes it gets delayed. Can’t check anything for you though.” Bothering to say the least.

I am just in All Dumbfounded of how the workers are allowed to Treat their customers who come in here. Myself and another customer stood in line for about 5-10 minutes looking around for someone who works there because they were open and no one was behind the desks. However you could over hear two workers one being (Gretchen) cussing, laughing, and holding a nonchalant or professional conversation for work hours or that customers even needed to hear about.When she finally heard the two people in line saying “hello” after a couple times of saying “hello” she came out and apologized in a impolite way following her apology with her works information about a survey they had and the results of it… like we cared to even hear of this? I came in because I received a change of address requesting further information after filling out each post card for each last name and Our business name. She goes to tell me the paper that was just mailed to me and received by me is now expired… that I needed to fill out each individual card again and I just went to rant that it’s not right I need to do that again when I just did 1-2 weeks ago when I’ve moved and I’m not getting my mail. I just stood in line hearing her cuss ect to be told to move out of line to fill these cards out again. Pretty upsetting that the customers are made out to be the “unprofessional and unmannered” when this needs to be over looked by a District Manager. Maybe watch the surveillance from this early morning.

YOU CANT DROP OFF PACKAGES AFTER HOURS?!? What’s the point of the self service area? Every other post office I’ve ever been to will let you drop your parcels in the drop box- THIS ONE IS ALWAYS LOCKED AFTER HOURS OR ON HOLIDAYS. Get with the program idiots

This is the most incompetent post office I have ever had the displeasure to deal with! They constantly and consistently deliver my packages late and have zero accountability. I am absolutely bewildered at thier most recent blunder. Not a soul at this fine government facility can explain to me how my package can make it some 400 miles across ice covered roads in 2 days, yet, we are now entering day 4 of the package just "procccessing through the system" as it sits just 5 miles from my front door! Horrible service and not recommended at all! Please pay the extra to have your parcels shipped with another, private mailing service. And vote wisely! There is really no need for the USPS to even be in your paycheck anymore.

If there was a ZERO star option I would have chosen that. This place gave me the run around for WEEKS. When I was finally able to get my mail from them (after 5 trips) I got a huge stack of letters from my 18yr old who is in Navy Bootcamp and can’t call. She was having a very rough time and REALLY needed to communicate with me. Also I missed the deadline which caused me to miss out on money! I’m soooo upset

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I call for hours and nobody ever answers. The staff have held my package hostage for days saying it was already returned to sender yet magically it appears days later. Worst post office ever

Every time I am here, I am well taken care of by the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I recently learned there is a self checkout machine for packages and a very nice staff member showed me exactly how to use it. I still love using the real person check out line because these people are so awesome!
