If I could give this postal office a ZERO , I WOULD! I had went in to see about some mail I haven't received, I went to the customer service door as I was not mailing a package, I just need to ask a question, I rang the doorbell ONE time and, waited. I heard the supervisor on the other side of the door, telling another employee to not open the window to the door. " That I could come in and, come to a window.." clearly... they thought I didn't hear this, It was regarding informed delivery regarding IMPORTANT mail that I had not received, I was being helped by a "new girl." Had no idea what informed delivery was, then the girl next to her continued to cut both of us off, robotically says that it shows but, it will not be fully in route until 5-15 days... so, I inquired about one that mailed out on the 28th that I had not received, didn't answer my question, sent me down to the supervisor, who I was trying to show where I had printed out pages of my informed delivery's , asking her why I got some things that said was going to be in my mail box that day and, didn't get others. She then used the excuse of it getting stuck in the sorting machines in the distribution center and then is sent back to the supervisors to go through, so I asked her where my mail was. She mouthed something off, I don't even remember, I ended with a curtesy, F-U and that I literally avoid coming to this post office, because of how everyone is rude, it never is the same people it doesn't matter , EVERYONE who works in the Fayetteville post office is rude and oh, the new girl was going to push the cop button on me, like are you really that dramatic for me asking where my mail is ?

If I could give zero stars I would. We moved into a new house and were NEVER notified that we needed to change our mailbox. We thought because there was mail in the mailbox a few times that we wouldn't have an issue receiving mail.We even paid to have MAIL FORWARDED. I would like a refund on that as well as a statement from the office. This is absurd that they don't notify you if your mailbox doesn't meet their requirements. I also know I had a package that should have been delivered that would NOT fit in any standard mailbox... yet the carrier is too lazy to bring that to the porch?I'm utterly disappointed and hope that the USPS gets their stuff together because this is extremely frustrating and exhausting to deal with especially through the holidays AND with tax season coming upon us.I'm sure they won't read, but I hope they do. Don't expect anything good from this USPS.

I've sadly lived close to this location for about 4 years now. They are the WORST USPS I've ever had to deal with in 30 years. They don't deliver boxes. Either "held at customer request" or "unable to access delivery location"The crazy part is, when you drive 15m to pick up your package, they complain about the mountain of packages they have. WELL DELIVER THEM THE FIRST TIME YOURE AT MY DOOR!!Also, they cannot read or take in new info. I've filled out residency forms 5 or 6 times in the past 4 years. Rarely do I get my own paper mail, I only get the mail from residents before me.It's astounding how far down USPS has gone these days. I never write bad reviews or care enough to look. But this place is the paint on the bottom of the barrel. I'd trust carrier pigeons over the swine they have working in this facility

People at this location really need to get on the same page. Holly needs to get off her high horse she isn’t special. One employee tells me one thing one well then another the next. Rules are always changing it’s wild. You’re government employees start acting like it!!!!

I’ve moved and came into this location So many times over the weeks as well as the Joyce street and Tontitown I can’t even tell you they have yet got my mail change of address situated after telling me every time that it’s taken care of and completed and done…. Then I don’t get my mail for a couple of days and then I end up with a postal services informed delivery and a note from the mail carrier telling me to open and follow directions or my fwd mail will be cancelled I’ve done this over 10 times now… I’ve even gone to the Tontitown location… I’m OVER IT!!!

This is mostly to do with mail holds. For instance: I almost always put, "hold accumulated mail at post office for customer pickup". Do they hold it? Nope. They deliver it. And our mail box is the metal key box kind with 16 other mail boxes next to it. That in and of it's self isn't a big deal, except they put boxes in there that don't fit over the lip of my side of the mailbox opening. And when there's envelopes in there it makes it even harder to pull everything out. I've literally spent 10 minutes prying packages out of there. Here's another one: the first time I used mail hold at this address, a package was delivered while we were out of town. According to our neighbors, it was there for a few days, then it disappeared. When we got back from our trip, I went to the post office and picked up our mail, and there was the package looking like it had water damage from sitting on the front porch in the rain and sun. So they delivered it, figure out a few days later they made a mistake, and picked it back up. What's even worse about these experiences, is that the employees lie to your face and make you feel like it was your mistake. I'm writing this having just come back from the post office and they said they asked the mail carrier about my mail hold. The carrier "double checked" the request and it said to deliver accumulated mail. I'm currently looking at the confirmation and it absolutely does not say that. It says "Customer will pick up accumulated mail at Post Office." So post office workers, I highly value what you do, but PLEASE get it together and stop lying to me to cover your butts.

Teach your driver's what a mailbox is. I got "delivery attempted" for a package that could easily fit in this mailbox because they "couldn't access the drop location". No it's not a gated community, no I didn't need to sign for the package, no it wouldn't NOT fit in the mailbox. This is aggravating to say at the least. Now I have to wait who knows how long for the driver to come back with the package they easily could've dropped off if they knew how to see a massive stone mailbox. Hopefully they get their eyes checked by then.

I shared on trustpilot and it never uploaded. Marie was my clerk and she was friendly, helpful and asked about more stamps (yes). The nextdoor clerk, Gretchen, also spoke and waved, a very COMMUNITY feeling. Thx.

I try to avoid bad reviews, but this place has a super unhelpful team. They couldn’t deliver my package to the right place, so they asked me to come pick up the package. Their hours are exactly when I work at my job and I told the supervisor, Tim, that I would not be able to make it in for a few weeks. He said that was fine and he would hold the package. Waited in line for 30 minutes just be told they don’t have it anymore. Can’t provide me any information other than that. Just take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
