OutPatient surgery waiting area on the 3rd floor room 359. The Receptionist was really great and informed us how the progress was going and even took the time to help a spouse with pharmacy process. I think her name is Joanna Rausch or something like that but giving a shout out to her friendliness and even thanked each Veteran. THANKS

As part of my job I call on VA's and militarily installations. The photos in this Yelp are from the specialty clinic building. I love that they give us a window into the past. The building must be on the newer side. It's very well maintained and nice. The parking was not full in comparison to other VA clinics I have visited. The staff on this campus were kind and helpful. While here I visited the main building and it's much older. You have to enter through the ER due to COVID. I also went to their IP-Psych and OP-Psych. All maintained well and the staff was friendly.

Absolutely do not care about Veterans Health rather it's all about the Employees of the Veterans Administration. The V A was created for it's employees so they can have a nice place to receive compensation for very little work then retire . If you can say good morning with a smile by golly you can get a job ... Few requirements

Fair depending on what your going for or if you can get an appointment with a specialist It all depends on what team and Dr you have I have went though 2 teams and have a new Dr now who thinks he is a comedian not a Dr but if I keep on he will listen my Mental Health Clinic Dr gets more done for me but shes about to retire ugh

Was very impressed with the staff, the facility and the care I received. Went in for a major surgical procedure and was there 3 nights. Unlike the so-called not for profit hospitals in Springfield wasn't rushed out the door.
