So I went into the vape shop where I'm friends with all the workers and they are always so pleasant. Then there's GABE. I called him out for being drunk and he BANNED ME from the store. BTW he was in the bathroom for a good 10 minutes doing God knows what while customers stood around confused. He came out smelling of booze and cracking inappropriate jokes.He then went on my Facebook, printed off a picture of me and put it at his store. Calling me a liar and saying I can't come in bc I tried to use an expired ID. That's also false. My ID is like 8 months old and definitely not expired.This dude is a creep/sketchy/and not kind. I don't know why they keep him as a manager. When they have so many good employees, that would do a better job....Gabe is the guy with the long hair and he rides a razor scooter to work lol. Don't make him mad or call his shot bc he will ban and stock you. (OH I left out this guy messaged my cell phone also)PS Gabe, Both of the other vapor maven employees that work there told me that you are way out of line for doing that and that not very many people are fond of you and they understand where I'm coming from.. they sound like manager material. Have a good day!

Went to return a defective device within the allotted days because it wouldn’t turn on. Associate almost didn’t let me because “that’s not a good enough reason”. Said I couldn’t return but could buy something for equal or greater value. Which is fine. But couldn’t be less than initial exchange value. Wasn’t anything in there that was the exact price, so my only choice was to keep the defective device that didn’t work, or end up paying more for random things I had no interest in purchasing. He eventually said with sarcasm that he was “doing me a favor” and “just trying to make my day better” by making me spend more money on random items because he couldn’t end the transaction if I still have money left to spend. I had $1.20 left to spend??? .nothing in there is exactly 1.20. I told him to keep it as a tip, and he got angry and said he physically cannot end the transaction and I need to buy something else.

Great place with good deals. The staff has been friendly always. I don't bother going to the other local locations.

They used to have reliable vapes, but i may as well just burn 20 dollars a day on disposables. With a no return policy it’s too much too risk at this point. Spent $75+ in 3 days.

This place is a joke I've been in there 3 times and chatted with the dude behind the counter , I go in there today let me remind u he knows me and soon as I walk in he asks for ID he never asked me the other 3 times and I didn't have it on me so he tell me to get out

I would rather not vape at all before stepping foot into that store. I went in and bought a coil but unfortunately I dropped my mod before ever even putting the coil in. I went back and dealt with Jess and after talking it over with her, I bought a replacement tank. She told me it was $34.99 but when she rand it up it was almost $58 (which I was short $2 so Jess covered it for me. Awesome) Anyway, it wasn't my mod, it was my sister's and when I got back home (I live out of town) I found out that the tank everywhere else is $30ish and the entire kit was only $65. The ENTIRE thing. I asked Brittany, the manager, if I could return it but she said nope. It's not their policy. She was absolutely unhelpful and she definitely shouldn't have a job working with the public. I will NEVER go there and it's a shame because I'm in Fayetteville a lot along with the family members that live in Fayetteville. Jess was cool, Brittany or the store is not!
