The place is clean, well organized, and fairly conveniently located - but I go here mainly because of Dustin. He's always very friendly and welcoming. He is knowledgeable and very helpful and just a good dude. When you can get your nic fix anywhere, it's the little things that make the difference.

Where to begin lol, Dustin is, really easy and exciting and welcoming to talk to, great energy, great vibe, the store is in tip top shape, very clean and welcoming when you first walk in till the time you walk out, dustin was able to help me with everything I needed help with which was a huge plus, i would rate this store 10 stars if i could, i will definitely be returning back to this store for all my vaping accessories, I highly recommend this Vapor Mavon On 71. N. College. Dustin Deserves a Raise :D

Stopped in over the weekend while in Fayetteville and had a great experience! Shop employee greeted me upon entrance and helped me find everything I needed. Will probably be the shop I use when I’m in town!

I frequently go in this store for my supplies.The Manager and Employees greet you at the door and asks to see an ID. I have seen others have fits about it,but I am glad they check IDs Thanks for being a responsible store.

WORST customer service. I literally bought a vape there and it was burnt so I decided to try to exchange it. After trying one more of the exact flavor and then two other flavors because they had run out, all of them were burnt af. Then they refused to give me store credit for a more expensive vape so I had to pay full price for a new vape that wasn’t burnt.Also I had lost my wallet there and the worker didn’t even bring it up until I randomly mentioned in when I was checking out. He then asked me my first and last name even though my ID was in the wallet.I won’t be shopping here again. Extremely dissatisfied.

I came here to buy a mod unit and the manager said we needed a battery, it did not. When I tried to return the battery, that I did not need, I was told they don't do returns. The manager is the person that sold the battery to me. Find another place if you are looking for any of your needs. The employee and manager noth said they have no knowledge of the products they sell or the have had any training. How are they expected to run a business?!?!?

Staff and manager are not knowledge about vapor products at all. They put their employees at a disadvantage by not training them apparently. Really got the feeling they don't care whether you get what you need from them no matter how much you're spending. They'd rather you Google it on the spot and then cite policies on not wanting to let you return products you don't need. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Sold us a vape mod unit, told us we needed a battery for it. Turns out unit already had battery, went back next day to refund/exchange, and was told that we couldn't by same manager that sold it to us. Don't go to this maven, terrible customer service, no knowledge of inventory or products.

Poor customer service. They can't give you a receipt, but if you want to return something you MUST have a receipt. Pretty good business model to never have returns.

Would give 0 stars but I guess google makes you give one for simply existing. Was told immediately upon walking in that they were closed despite it being business hours. Said it was due to their system being down. Avoid places that can barely keep the lights on and take your business elsewhere.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The guy who works there always tries to find the right vape juice I use and offers the next best thing if they dont have what im looking for.
