Elijah was so helpful. This is the first time I’ve ever had a good experience at a phone company. This Verizon really took care of me. Elijah actually treated my like a person and not a dollar sign. Walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. At the end of the day I had everything I needed and know that if I need anything at all, they’re there to answer my questions. Go to this Verizon and ask for Elijah! He’s awesome.

My experience at this Verizon Store was one of relief and reassurance, thanks to no other than Mr. Jonah! This man is dedicated to his craft, and with seven years of experience under his belt, he is a seasoned Verizon Veteran Bulldog. My experience at other Verizon stores gave me the impression of being a burden and having my needs not met and issues not resolved. It took just one experience with Jonah to solve ALL my problems, from coverage issues, to finding out why my directions aren’t working(had to do with the firmware not functioning) and fighting on my behalf to have Customer Support approve to have my free warranty replacement shipped to me. I don’t leave reviews that much, let alone one so long and in detail, know that you are in good hands with Jonah from Verizon.
