I've come here many times with my family, they have all sorts of games, movies, etc. I will often find cool new things for my collections. Only issue I've ever had was when I tried to use their cyber Monday "sale" I ordered a game from a store location only to find out I couldn't get the discount for some reason that wasn't listed on the ad, even in fine print. So I don't really trust their sale announcements anymore.

Selling a few toys to Brandon, nice experiences. Went to store to sell a few more, 10 minutes before the store closing. As I was moving my box of toys into the store, an angry voice shouted: "sir, we are not buying any of that." Looking up, it was from a female worker with disdaining look all over her face.This worker should not be allowed to get back to serve customers until she completes a required training to treat other human with basic courtesy. She is operating at a pretty low level.

I will never return to this store or any other in the chain. I stopped in to sell a small handful of movies, ok it was actually just shy of 400 but who's counting. I asked what to expect price wise, before we started the process. I was told some of the older movies it could be as low as $0.01, and the newer, clean movies I could expect 20% of there selling price. So while I waiting for them to review the movies, I looked thru the store to get an idea on what to expect. After 2 and 1/2 hours they were ready to make me an offer...Wait for it..... the final offer was in the mid $60's. They said most of them rang up at $0.01. I did not see a single movie selling in the store for $0.05 so that blows the 20% theory out the window. Several of the movies were still in factory wrapping, never opened. A good majority were on the shelf for 9 to 14 dollars. I was insulted by the offer, pissed that I spent my afternoon waiting to be insulted.The only positive part was the staff, both were friendly and helpful, my issue was not with the employees.I'll take and donate them before I would sell anything to this place.

This place reminds me of Pop Culture in Omaha, only much larger. A very big variety of items from figures to movies to video games, Manga, Magic and more. They have it and a lot of it. Very well-lit and clean inside to boot. The staff also seemed very friendly. Definitely a go-to of you're into this stuff.

I just left from this store and it is horrible because the person told me that you have to be 18 ornolder to get cash for tuening games in (which is true), however she also said you have to be 18 or older for store credit which is not true. I can go next door to gamestop and get store credit so I know that isnt a "state law"

Definitely the best Vintage Stock in the area. Super easy to get to area, the layout is easy to navigate, prices are realistic, and the selection is large.

Helpful, even with returns, I was feeling little dizzy from the heat, guy, offered me a drink of water, nice, forgot his name, long hair with glasses, kool!

Cool stuff. High prices. Vinyl I was interested in was $35 in store, $25 on Ebay including shipping. So... 4 stars cause I love browsing the store... minus one star for high prices.

Big selection but they way over price items found a pop funko for 25 and they had another one for 70 and the guy even said how did that one not get fixed I like the store but the prices are jacked way up for anything main stream

This location is fine, but their prices are insane. Ocarina of Time goes for $30 on pricecharting but they sell it for $65 (as of April 2023). Pretty much the same for every video game in the store. Whatever GameXChange is priced, Vintage Stock will be double. They are the scalpers of retailers.

I've been here a few times now but I rarely find anything I want to buy. They have a great selection of games, peripherals, toys, movies and music but unfortunately their prices are a bit steep. For me it's a classic case of a cool place to browse but frequently coming away empty-handed.

Terrible experience at this location. Said I could not sell things to them that weren't disinfected for at least 24 hours due to COVID-19 and having disabled workers. It's 2023 and there is a vaccine available. I'm disabled and have caught it three times. Woman behind the counter was rude and condescending when telling me they would not take my items. Never shopping here again and if I could leave a negative star review I would.

Wouldn't buy back my XBox X games and controller because the bar code on the back of my driver's license wouldn't scan. I took my business to GameStop. They helped me with no problems. I would suggest you avoid Vintage Stock. I won't be returning.
