This was a great walgreens! They had everything that I was looking for. They had toys, drinks, a couple of clothing items, umbrellas, beauty supply, cleaning products, and they had a perfect spiffied up pharmacy! But the icing to the cake, the cherry on top, the cheese sauce on the macaroni, the soil in the plant, the camera cover on the computer, the wax on the candle for me was that there was a beautiful dog in the corner. The baby was all by herself and she had no collar I asked the Walgreens employee if I could take the baby. She said yes because the baby was a stray. I have never been more complete in my whole entire life!

Don’t ask a employee for help. They would rather talk on her cell phone then help the only customer in there. Her name tag said Emily

Today we were at this Walgreens three times trying to get a prescription filled. After having my doctor resend the prescription, we were assured it would be filled by this evening. When I arrived, they told me the medication was out of stock until at least Thursday (two days away) and they could not transfer the prescription. Then told me I would need to call individual pharmacies to make sure the medication was in stock before sending in my prescription.Customer service could not help and the store was no help either. Done with Walgreens altogether.

Grossly understaffed. Unable to handle customers at 5pm. Over 6 people in line in picture. Avoid if you want your prescription in under an hour.

I don't know what's going on with the pharmacy at this store that prevents them from handling their business properly - or even adequately. Hard to tell where to place the blame. Is corporate preventing them from hiring enough help? Is it local, not being able to find help (or running them off)? Whatever it is, they've lost my business and hopefully that of the rest of my family.Today's disaster started around 10am on our way home from urgent care, hoping to pick up 2 prescriptions. I guess long gone are the days of getting prescriptions filled on your way home from the ER/Urgent Care. Naturally it was WAY to soon for them to be ready. We were told we could pick them up at 12:30. We came by at 2:40 on our way to another 3:00 doctor appt. to pick them up. The line was too long at the drive-thru, so my sister went inside only to find the line there too long as well. We came back at 3:45, waited 4 deep in the drive-thru, got to the window at 4 and was told they weren't ready. We reminded the clerk that they were supposed to be ready at 12:30. She said they could be ready in about 10 more minutes but we'd have to come inside (we should have just continued blocking the line to hopefully speed them up). It's now been 15 minutes and we're still waiting. Every time someone in my family has to use this facility, it's an unpleasant, unacceptable experience. I personally have changed my business to another store. I hope this is the last straw for the rest of my family - especially if I'm the one picking up their meds. UPDATE: My sister just got back with her meds after I typed the above. What's really infuriating about the delay from the very beginning to this last drive-thru visit, was that the meds (a bottle of drops and a sealed bottle of antibiotics) were already pre-packaged. All they had to do was take them off the shelf!!! It should have been done when we got there at 10 am and she could have been several doses into feeling better by the time they finally filled them.

this pharmacy is pretty average, but where they really fail, is their pharmacy customer service. Each time i call, i'm waiting for an employee for over 30 minutes. Right now, i've been waiting 50 MINUTES to talk to someone on the phone about a simple prescription question. they also lack in their website. When i go to the pharmacy section on the website, none of my past prescriptions are in there and neither are my refills. So i have to call every time i need a refill and wait a ridiculous amount of time.I called a few days ago (was waiting a long time as well), and they said they would refill my prescription. it was never done and now i have been waiting 1 HOUR AND 23 MINUTES and no one has picked up. ridiculous.update: i decided to just go in store after work today (same day as me waiting that long on the phone). i explained my predicament and was gentle about it. Makayla told me she would get it ready right after she helped the last few people in line (this is right after she told the guy ahead of me his prescription would take an hour haha female power but he was also rude so i figured i'd try a diff approach). She got my prescription out to me in less than 10 minutes. give this girl a raise!!!!

This location is the actual worst. Wish I could give zero stars. Not one time have I been here that hasn't been a pain in the a*** I don't have the time needed to list every one of my frustrations from the last 5 years, but this last week takes the cake. First of all, how does a National chain location completely shut down? The store has been closed for days, and unfortunately my prescriptions were called in here and are not transferable. So when the pharmacy was closed down at the beginning of the week, I was unable to get any of my prescriptions filled. Apparently, one of my meds is a controlled substance, and Walgreens is supposedly not allowed to transfer the script to another location which makes ZERO sense. If I'm there with my ID, how does it matter? The day before yesterday, I called the pharmacy and was on hold for an hour and 9 minutes. At minute 29 of holding, I was told there was one caller ahead of me. And waited another 40 minutes before finally hanging up. Every day for the last 3 days that I've driven by (hoping to pick up my medicine), the drive through line has been wrapped around the building. On a normal day when there are only 1-2 people in line, I'll still wait 20-30 minutes. Today is the last day I have before running completely out of my prescription, so there is no choice but to wait. Decided to park the car and go inside since the drive through line was so long, and they are STILL CLOSED. A WEEK LATER. So here we all sit. Waiting in a line wrapped around the building. Waiting on the worst staff at the worst location and no option to transfer to another store. I've freaking had it. Glad my condition isn't life-threatening. Go to CVS.

I am about to have surgery and I've always picked up my medications from this Walgreens. I've been short pills in the past.. maybe they can't count maybe the don't give a s**** I truly don't know. But this time they were short more than usual, it's not that it's a huge deal.. but I did pay for them and I'm having surgery soon. I will not be recommending this store to anyone and I will make sure my voice is heard so you fine people won't be stuck in the same position I am.

I'm marking my review down. This store is sooo slow. There are times we've waited over a for a 15 minute prescription or so we were told. Very few friendly people work here. We use them because they will transfer a prescription store to store in an emergency. This store needs to step it up.

This pharmacy is horrible! Went in to get flu shots. Presented medicare card and gave them all the personal info. The shift leader repeatedly put in incorrect info. They said my husband wasn't in the medicare system and to call the number on the card. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold the person at medicare found nothing wrong and suggested the pharmacist call the number he should have had to verify. He first said he didn't have the number and when I tried to give it to him he told me he was too busy and it would be 20 minutes before he could help us. We went to WalMart and got the shots. In and out in 15 minutes.
