I go here alot and have no problems with any of the workers except one lady who has a very thick foreign accent which makes her english very hard to understand. Someone else should answer the phone.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens in the NWA area. Never has prescriptions ready even after I receive the text notification that they are. 30+ minute wait in the drive thru. Whoever was running the drive thru today has absolutely no customer service skills and began yelling at us through the loudspeaker at one point. Transferring all my prescriptions to the Walgreens on MLK so I never have to put up with this place or these people again.

I love that even though they are very busy, the folks in the pharmacy treat me like I am a V.I.P. They are knowledgeable, fast, patient, and kind of professional. It's closer to the house, so I value my time and they do too. The Township location is my store! ?

I went into the store around 7pm friday night and my cashier was charlie. he was literally drop dead gorgeous, and one of the nicest people i have ever encountered. we talked for about 10 minutes because the store was empty and he helped me find things and even complimented me. walgreens needs to hire more people like charlie! give this man a raise !

This review is reflective of Walgreens' website and organization, NOT the store or employees. They can only operate within Walgreens parameters.Walgreens website states a specific brand is available on site. I went to said location only to be informed product not carried if not on shelves. (Obviously, store staff are NOT in control of what corporate publishes on the company website.)While there, a pharmacy customer was unable to get his prescription at his insurance cost, despite having paid his deductible ?. The system wouldn't acknowledge his deductible paid ?!?!

Lots of the stock items on shelves need stocking or pulled forward. Keeping the store unkept makes the store look like the business is failing. This Walgreens has really gone downhill the past few years in business. Outside area has lots of cigarette butts, trash, weeds in parking lot, dead bushes or bushes need pruned. Parking lot needs a restripe fresh paint job. Not caring about a business loses customers for your business.

This stores employees are less than helpful. Somehow my account was changed to a paperless receipt without my knowledge. Typically I use the coupons all the time! All of my points have disappeared which I use and enjoy regularly especially for holidays. The clerks weren't even willing to help me find coupons for the products that I bought even though I know that they exist. The pharmacy has hurt me terribly giving me shots, and is often unable to find prescriptions sent to them from my doctor that their own automated system has called me about. They won't help you with makeup, or any products for that matter. I'm just very discouraged with this store. I used to Love it but Walgreens has really gone downhill a great deal.

Pharmacist working on 6/23 around 1030 has awful customer service skills over the phone. Stark contrast to how a was addressed at the School Ave location—the lady there was exceptionally helpful and polite. He would benefit from some additional training.

Sister is handicapped and can’t walk to the back of store to get to the pharmacy. This is the worst place to get prescriptions filled. They have discontinued the drive thru window. What’s up with this service.

20-30 minute wait times if in drive thru. Seemingly only ever one person working in the pharmacy. Mutiple occasions of them not having RX ready when they say it will, it seems as if they only begin to prepare my RX only after I physically wait 30 minutes in line. This is now happened more than twice while the pharmacy on Shiloh, only a mile away, has never occurred once. This facility needs major staffing increases. Will never use this place again.

THE PHARMACY IS AWFUL. wasted an hour and a half of my time to still never get my prescription strongly do NOT recommend wasting your time here.
