Tried to get a vaccination necessary for my occupation. The pharmacist made it clear that she was not willing to provide the vaccination I needed. I contacted my doctor's office, who tried to provide a prescription for my vaccines, but the pharmacist refused to accept the prescription and said that I needed to have a blood test first. Seems like someone is practicing medicine without a license.
Let me add that I initially booked the vaccination on line to follow their process. When I arrived at the pharmacy, I was told that they don't have the vaccine and sent me to another Walgreens.
So, am I supposed to get the vaccination that Walgreens thinks I need or the one that my Doctor wants me to have?

The big guy who works there loves to act like he’s better than everyone. When I tried to buy wine on a Sunday (I’m not from here and didn’t know it wasn’t allowed), he made a complete spectacle of it. Instead of simply letting me know he couldn’t sell it, he laughed and announced, ‘We got another one!’ It felt so unnecessary and small-minded. Just tell me the rule and move on. He seems to think his part-time job at Walgreens makes him superior, which is honestly ridiculous.
The other encounters I’ve had with him didn’t change my opinion either. Otherwise, stores clean and is generally well stocked.

Waited for 5 hours to get the prescription ready. Doc sent order at 5:00 PM and when I called the lady told me the order would be ready by 5, but had to wait until 8:00 PM. It happened a couple of times when I tried to use this pharmecy.

Hate working with this pharmacy. Prescriptions are hard to get, always slow, they forget to give refills even when medication is supposed to be automatic refills, terrible service. App allows you to make appointments for vaccinations and when you get to the pharmacy you find out you needed more information. Switching to Walmart pharmacy

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.
SAVE YOURSELF THE MASSIVE HEADACHE.
The head pharmacist, Ruby, was very demeaning and discriminating concerning constant insurance issues ON THEIR END. My insurance care provider has personally updated the system several times over and they OWE ME A REFUND that has not had any attempt to be resolved. They have a revolving door of pharmacy techs and apparently don't do any customer service training. The compassion training was skipped on this store and even in directly communicating with my insurance, my rep expressed she "wasnt a very nice person"
This is concerning my sons medication that hes been taking with these specific insurances for almost a year now . Previously they had "deleted" the information to my insurance entirely and my care coordinator had to confirm and resupply-- Which is for naut because apparently a little over a month and they forget!
The human wifh the Jiji tattoo has been wonderful and patient, but honestly-- still not worth the wasted time and energy.
As a person with an autoimmune disorder who is ND-- dont make yourself sick- just choose a different pharmacy.
Trust me, I kept the receipts! Thank goodness for arkansas law on public space recordings.

I call several days ago to change my prescription and it wasn’t ready when I arrived for pick up. I was asked to wait then asked to circle back through the drive through or go in store. Terrible service.

Worst pharmacy around. That's the 3rd week now I'm waiting on my prescription. Every time you need a refill, it says we preparing your prescription just to get 3 hours later a text it is out of stock, again. Just this week , my doctor send in my prescription, they received it, processed for 2 days, and this morning I got a notification, saying my rx is now online. Completely deleted my prescription I'm waiting on since Monday. Now I have to put it in again and they are out of stock again. Gosh do they miss me off.

This place STINKS of incompetence. God forbid you ever have to pick up a prescription and there’s somebody in line ahead of u. Go ahead and add 15 minutes per person in line. Not exaggerating. They also treat you like an idiot any time they tell u anythint. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Figure it out.

Girl on register at photo. Got in line when I set my things on counter she waived me toward other register. I said excuse me and she said other register. Had to stand in line again. So very rude of her.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I stood at the pharmacy for over 30 mins sick and waiting for a Covid/Flu Test. Everyone was in the back laughing & joking. I ended up buying a test to do myself. What a joke.

Ruby the pharmacist on Wedington Ave in Fayetteville AR, is great. Wonderful, personable staff. They answer all your questions and walk you through the Covid 19 and Senior Flu shots. Plus i didn't feel a thing at the time from the shots or later.
