I really like this Walmart for a quick grocery stop. It is the closest to the university so it has much more deli, prepared meals, and quick foods than other Walmarts in the area. It always seems to be well stocked too. Bonus : there is a really good food truck right by the parking lot too!

The coke machine outside has some kind of a problem where it doesn't accept dollar bills. Also if you try to cash your payroll check here there's a guy at customer service that says that they are unable to cash your check and that it's not telling them the reason and they suggest to go to any other Walmart but this one. Since then I have updated my payroll to direct deposit and so I no longer need Walmart service to cash my paychecks. For the following reasons 1. I never have any check cashing difficulty except at this Walmart in particular and the one in Huntsville.

Okay store for a quick grocery run. The staff members are mostly polite and helpful. However, today I had a weird and negative experience - I walked away from my shopping cart to look for something from the next aisle. The cart was gone when I came back. I was away for 5 minutes max. Turned out, a representative thought the cart was abandoned and started using it to pile returned items at the customer service area. The customer service lady who spoke to me didn't apologize at all when I told her it was my cart. Luckily, I only had a handful of items and was able to retrieve most of them. I can't imagine if it was a full cart, and I would need to do the entire shopping again. I wish it was handled more carefully and professionally. Now I'm paranoid - what if it happens again?

Some of the managers are above-average, which gives the store a solid rep. I don't like some of the employees around the kiosks or cashing out, but most of them are decent. But the reason for not receiving 5 stars is because they are often out of products or do not have a diverse arrangement of food products. I know it's a smaller walmart, but I have to drive or veo to different locations to get the things I want as they had the space for the items I get, but they chose to put other items that are not as good as the ones I like there. Really I should do 3 stars for that, but I'm going to be nice and leave it there.

Iāve never once been to this Walmart and their card reader worked. I always end up having to use cash and the staff tells me this is a regular issue for this location (staff have always been very courteous and helpful btw). I live right by this location but will no longer be shopping here until they fix this problem that has been prevalent for at least a year. Such a stupid problem for a multibillion dollar corporation to have for so long

Donāt waste your time coming for returns. Their computer is ALWAYS broken and customer care employees take 20 minutes to come after you press the āneed assistanceā button before you find that out because there is no notice on the door or on the return desk.
