Another trip to this poorly run store and you are accused (again) in the self check for not paying for something you scanned. The way it works is if you have 3 of the same items and scan 1 three times you get hammered for no effing reason. Associates apologize but WMT Corporate is too cheap to hire checkers for their empty unused lanes. Start shopping at Harps ASAP

The management for delivery needs to change. Getting 23 items in 23 bags is ridiculous. Substitutions need to be checked better. Doesnt make sense to replace a great value brand item with one that costs 3 times as much and is not the same like regular being switched to sugar free or family size for individual size.

This is the one Walmart in the longest time where an employee has come up to me asking if I need help finding anything. Not once did this sweetheart come up and ask me that, but twice and I assume she treats other customers the same way. I tell you what, but small acts of kindness go a long ways for me now days especially because I feel customer service is not as good as it used to be in general. I didn’t get the woman’s name, but she’s taller with glasses with mullet. Sweet as can be. I’d give her a raise!

Negative start would be great. Stopped here for the first time due to being in the area. Husband need to use rest room employee in restroom smoking weed. Asked for a manager and got a supervisor. People needs to be aware of this going on at this store incase you are allergic to this. Hope this does not require my husband or any other customer to end up in the er.

I spent 45 minutes, witch three customer service reps, trying to return items and got exactly one part of my order returned.
