Waited for help at the sporting goods for almost an hour every employee I asked to help was rude didn't help and had to call the store for them to call for help and no one showed up at all what a shame so many people getting payed to do nothing but walk around and be rude to customers who need help

Most of the employees here are great! This is an incredible facility if you are a Spark delivery driver. They do a pretty good job of restocking the items in the store. But this store is seriously in need of a facelift. Although the delivery hub is incredible The actual shopping center of the supercenter is outdated. The foot traffic at Walmart supercenter #144 it’s probably tops in the area.

Sick to death of the subpar quality of their items. From clothes to produce, I can't buy anything at Walmart without having a problem with it being old, torn, or damaged in some way. You would think that the walmarts around the literal birthplace of walmart would be different. But nope.

Just picking up an order placed online, nice and organized parking and notification system... just tapped my phone to let them know I was there. It didn't take long at all to receive my order, but our car was green, and there were only options for white, black, gray, silver, red, and blue... seems to me that gray and silver are redundant, and green is common enough that it should be on there.

This was a little after 6am on a Monday. I think i was the only customer around. I was asking a question about a price that was online versus what the price in store was. The employee was one of the rudest team members I encountered. I remember when there was a time when you could hire good help but this was an elderly woman and older gentleman. I worked retail a long time ago and recall that you treated people with respect and always approached customers with a friendly attitude. I don't write reviews but this was weighing on me all day. Fix your employees attitudes!

Employee who worked in the technology department was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. They had a black ponytail so watch out but I didn't catch the name. THEY WERE TERRIBLE.
I went to buy a laptop and when I asked if they had the one I wanted in stock so the employee asked me for the name of the laptop which I repeated to which they responded by yelling "never mind" at me and rolled their eyes and stormed from behind the counter to read the name of the one I was talking about themselves. Then when I was checking out they said "on the screen it will ask if you want coverage" and then walked away. The screen never said anything so I put my card in when the employee came back in the RUDEST tone goes "so you don't want coverage??" I told them the screen never asked and they practically yelled at me that "WELL ITS BECAUSE YOU PUT UR CARD IN TO EARLY". After the transaction was finally over and I bought my laptop they roughly set my new laptop on the counter and pushed it at me. They talked to me like I was stupid the entire interaction and it was some of the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered at Walmart.

I went to this store yesterday at aroudn 4pm to get a pay as you go phone and paid at the checkout along with some other items. When I tried to register the phone, Tracfone stated they cannot register the phone because Walmart had failed to scan the phone at the checkout and notice it had a void serial number. Today 1st the staff, Ethan and Savannah rectified the issue. Good job restored my faith in you all. Nice one.

So the store is fine. The man at the home entrance is not. He has made my children and myself feel VERY uncomfortable several times. This last time was it for me. I won't be returning to this store. He kept us hostage for like 15 mins talking to my son about how he should exercise and do good in school and obey me and my husband (who sadly, wasn't there for this last trip). It's VERY uncomfortable. This man has followed me and my son outside to the parking lot before preaching about my sons grades and duties at home...it's bizarre. We live close and visit this store often and he's never done this when my husband has been with us but anytime it's just me and the kids, we all feel accosted by him. He says nice things (I suppose) but is way too aggressive with it. I don't even feel comfortable taking my kids out the door of his side of the building anymore (home side always). My son was almost in tears bc of the awkward lecture situation last time. Wal-Mart, please tell your greeters to just either check receipts or don't. Just let us be on our way and don't let them put hands on our kids shoulders and lecture them. We got it. Like I said, I won't be back to this store. I'd rather drive 25 mins to Joyce supercenter and have me and my very young children feel safe than deal with another encounter like this last time at MLK supercenter. I really debated even saying anything about this but after talking with my husband I just felt the need to. I'm sure I'm not the only mother who's felt so very uncomfortable.
