The facility is well maintained, with over a dozen surveillance cameras for security. Workers assist customers with the Speed Queen app, making quarters obsolete, and have even given extra soap to those who needed it. Helpful staff like Eli and Sasha have saved customers money, carried laundry in, and provided caring service, leaving clothes smelling amazing. However, one customer had a negative experience. They reported that large capacity washing machines do not spin out the soap before the rinse, even with minimal detergent. They also witnessed homeless people coming in from the rain to use the dryers, raising hygiene concerns. Most disturbingly, this customer discovered someone taking soiled tissue from the bathroom waste paper basket and throwing it into their dryer. They stated they will never return, giving a -10 rating. Despite many positive reviews, this single incident raises serious cleanliness and safety issues.
