Cannot get ahold of anyone at all. Have tried multiple numbers and nothing goes through whatsoever. Extremely frustrating.

Unkind girl at front desk chose to talk about me in language other than english but should nkow her audience as I understood her. Shame on them.

I've called multiple phone numbers tied to the billing/corporate office and none get through to someone that can help. They line will ring several times and then drops. How is this acceptable for a Health Institution of this size? There isn't even an option to leave a call back number or message. I'm disappointed in WRMC.
