“While driving my children and my mom on a road trip from Philadelphia to east Texas, my truck had brake trouble in Knoxville. I got a mobile mechanic to put on four new brakes. That evening as we exited the highway for our hotel in Forrest City, the truck began making a new and horrible noise. The next morning I call Home Garage and they said they could get me in at noon. They also gave me the name of a lovely and extremely affordable tow truck driver, Dale, who took my truck over.
Michael quickly found the problem-- the mobile mechanic had failed to tighten the bolts correctly when installing my brakes! One was lost completely. He called around and found the right replacement (not easily since my truck is a 2004 and they had been discontinued) and then proceeded to repair the faulty installation and check the other three for roadworthiness.
He did all of this in about 90 minutes, and for a VERY fair price.
Michael is honest, extremely competent, and fast. I cannot say enough good about his work. 100% recommended.”

“Traveling from Texas to Ohio last week to DJ a wedding. At some part in Arkansas I started hearing something dragging along beneath my car. I stopped 3 places in the first town I got to and no one would even look at it. I found this place on the Google Maps app, pulled into it. The younger of the to gentleman working, told me to pull right in. He looked saw I had a dust shield coming loose underneath my car, asked the older gentleman there to hand him a tool and a bolt. He handed me the bolt that came loose, tightened the new one and problem solved. I was on me my. Now it was able to be put at ease and continue my trip, thanks in part to the guys working there on the afternoon of 06.15.22. Thank you soooo very much for you friendly demeanor, courteous, professional and quick service. I meant the world to a weary traveling who had quite a ways to go on his trip.”

“10 minutes outside of Forrest City, I got a flat tire. I called Walmart and was told it would be 2 to 3 hour wait before they could fix my tire. I hung up and looked up tire places close. Forrest City Tire & Rims was the first one. After reading the reviews, I called them. The gentleman that answered told me he could have me up and running in 15 to 20 minutes. So as soon as I had my spare on, I headed that way. They got to it as soon as we go there. There was even an issue with getting the spare off. Before they broke the wheel stud because the roadside assistance guy tightened and stripped it, they let me know. And reassured me I would be safe on the road with 4 lug nuts. For a single woman, this meant a lot. We were in and out in 20 minutes and back on the road. I can't say enough good things about them.”
