Still after 17 years of service we were treated like any first time customer and in the past we have always received the max refund advance every year our refund is bigger and bigger every year and the loan amount goes down and nothing at all. I do not think we will be using them again for the 18th year because we gave them another chance and was done wrong again just makes me sick ? because loyal customers should count for something.......... Thanks for helping for Christmas with NOTHING Jackson Hewitt

I have used Jackson Hewitt for over 25yrs! I have always had the very best service! They always, No matter what comes up during filing taxes' they can solve the problem! I don't know what I would have done at times if it were not for the help of there Reps!
