This gas station needs a bit of remodeling. The restrooms are very outdated and unclean. The guy at the reception needs training in customer service and the coffee was bad. It’s a good location for such a facility but can do better.

We travel at least 1-2 times a year and this is the worst gas station we’ve ever stopped at. All the soda machines and icy is out of order. The women’s bathroom is locked just because the floor is locked. Even try e bottles soda is almost all empty. This place is trash. We had to have our stepdad block the door while the women used the men’s room cause there wasn’t any other stop around. There also wasn’t any paper towels.

Store was clean and the clerk was friendly. We filled the tank, the window wash was very low & the squeegee was broken.? Also, they wanted to charge $0.62 for me to add some ice to my travel mug. ? ...go to Speedway.

Stopped here in Forrest City, AR to gas up and use the restroom. I first spotted a BRAND NEW Speedway gas station next to this Shell BUT it wasn't open yet... and the Mobile was further down the road so we pulled in here. I'm sorry, but I could tell from the outside of this place that it was going to be a dump... and it was. Yuck.My kids and I made our way to the restroom and spotted a soda machine with 3 "out of order" signs on the fountains. Next to it was a frozen slush machine with 2 of the 4 machines with "out of order" on them. (Yikes)Then the bathroom... I'm not sure why but there were TONS of flies in there. So many that my oldest refused to use the bathroom. We got the heck out of there as quick as we could. I do NOT recommend. I bet you once the Raceway next door opens, this Shell will go out of business. No way it'll compete with a brand new fancy gas station with no flies and working fountain drinks.

Has tap to pay but declines all transactions and tries to force you to pay with physical card.

Stopped here quickly to fill up on gas and keep moving on with our trip. Easy to get in and out of without any issues at all!

Pretty good shell station with a popeyes attached, I can recommend to anyone looking for a good gas station, good service too.
