Great staff, clean gym, good atmosphere! Have been going here for three years and have tried other gyms. This is the only one I have consistently wanted to go back to.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming atmosphere. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, with top-of-the-line equipment that is always in working order. The classes offered are diverse and challenging, with knowledgeable instructors who push you to be your best. The staff is always available to answer any questions and offer guidance on fitness goals. I have seen amazing results since joining this gym and can't imagine going anywhere else. If you're looking for a top-notch gym experience, look no further!

I love this gym, but earlier i had one of the worst experiences of my life. I was getting the most insane back and shoulder pump known to man, when out of nowhere my 10/10 workout was brought down to an 8/10 due to one of the most horrible odors I’ve ever had the displeasure of smelling. It smelled like dead fish and feces combined. It emanated from two men one with a grey shirt one with a blue shirt, both with long hair. I hope this problem is resolved by tomorrow.
