They start cheap and then slowly suck you soul until you have to switch insurance companies. Also if you miss a payment you have 2 weeks till they just send you to collections

If I could give a zero I certainly would do so! Roadside Assistance is a joke!! My son and daughter in law had a flat tire at 1130 pm. in my car. I told the representative I was nit there she said to text my drivers license and proof of insurance to my son. She said someone would be there in 1 hr. One and half hr later their still stranded. I phoned back and was told they could nit find a company to take care if them because it was so late! They could have someone there 9am next morning. I had to pay $30 to take a taxi home and my car left overnight in a parking lot. Next morning I called back and was told I had to be there as they were not on my plan. They could have told me that the first time I called. I spoke to at least five different representatives. I had to have my car towed at $125 to Firestone to replace my tire. I will nit renew my membership as I am nit or was treated as a "valued cystimer" with no regards to my family or their safety. SHAME ON YOU AAA!!!

Roadside UNASSISTANCE is a SCAM. I signed up for road side assistance. I requested help with a flat tire. The guy they sent comes out only to tell me he cant do it and is impatient af about getting to the next call instead of helping me.Additionally. My insurance payment is mysteriously 200+ dollars all of a sudden when its supposed to be close to 100. And of course these SCAMMERS arent able to resolve this bs until monday. Outrageous.

12/22/20 @2:30 David arrived on time but without part. "Have to order it". Need 50% of $244 today and schedule hopefully next week. I had sent a photo of the model number and was under the impression that the part would be obtained and ready for installation. Such was not the case. They did not want to order the incorrect part. Laudable, yet still there was NO phone call to clarify the required part. Additionally, David was curious as to whether I HAD ACQUIRED the part. So, a busted trip. I called the owner and was assured he would call back. I did not think arriving without a part was professional and then to have the technician state there was a $89 service call. What he did was take a picture of the model number placard that I had previously sent.
