Highly disappointed with them and how I am being treated at the fort smith Aaron’s I have never been late on my washer and dryer have had for a year now it broke both them they gave me one to use while mine was being fixed had mine for two months and I had the loaner , tell me why I get my dryer back it runs crappier then b4 and my washer won’t even wash a load runs for 5 secs and then says end cycle the same thing I sent it in for !! Everytime I call the store to speak with the manger someone says oh he is on lunch I call back oh he has left for the day. I called Wednesday when the dropped it off to me nobody picked up , the guys didn’t even make sure it was working yes I said ya my husband can hook it all up , but it’s ur job to stay and make sure it works didn’t dude left or I would’ve told him nah take it back and give me the set back , I was using !! Called yesterday and today and still same the manager is always gone

Making this so someone at the store sees it. Was driving tonight and was nearly run over by your moving truck. Whoever was driving was swerving all over the road. Tried to call the store but no one picked up.

I rented a Washer and had it for 3 days and when I did get a chance to use it it would not drain it and spin out the load of laundry. I called Aaron's and was told it will take approximately 3 weeks to fix, and at this time they did not have any in the store to loan me I asked for my money back since I would not have a washer for that long. I called the corporate office and 3 hours later I haven't received the return call as promised.

Thought I would give the new version of this store a try. Got approved and got item. Item is defective and returning it. Not big on receiving spam calls either and they try to get you more defective merch I suppose while under contract.

I wouldn't give this company one star if I didn't have to. I did an online application and was approved for a substantial amount. Then I call local office here, they didn't know ANYTHING. So I had to call the corporate office to make sure it's going to be here by Monday then I get them to tell me that they needed some more questions answered. One of the questions was, what county does my ex-husband live in. What the Hell??!!! He's not even on the application. I've been divorced for 15 years and I don't even know if the man is still on earth and don't care. So because I couldn't answer that question they unapproved me. YEA... NOT JOKING.. WOULDN'T GO TO THEM IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!! Even the corporate office are the rudest people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. That was after I was on hold for 4 hours!!!! THIS IS YOUR WARNING TO RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMB BUNCH AS YOU CAN GET!!! ??

This is a great rent to own place if you have to use rent to own. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful and they can find you what you need and usually get it to you that day.

worst company. Will never buy from them again. Its not even Aarons any more it was bought out by buddys home furnishings and every since then I've had nothing but problems. My payment was set up for the 15th of every month on the 3rd of every month they charge me late fee tho my bill not due yet. My payment is suppose to be 109$ a month. They just ran my card for 250$ couple days ago remind you my bill not due for 2 more days lol. I will never recommend this company to absolutely anyone ever! I would give no stars if I could!
