“I bought a control board for my refrigerator from Roger. When I got it installed it didn't work but he told me bring it back and he would replace it. The internet said sometimes the control boards are faulty from the factory so it's no fault of his. I'm thankful he replaced it and got me fixed. I would definitely recommend his business. Very nice fella and even gave me some advice about installing it.”
“Home Depot would get five stars if they ever had enough employees to be able to assist you in finding things in their store. I did have a pleasant experience this week though. Andrea at the front desk was very helpful because I was there to pick up an item with a business card that did not have my name on it and she did allow me to contact the owner and get approval to release the jackhammer to me so that was very helpful because the owner is based out of Tennessee and I'm in Fort Smith, Arkansas so that was not going to work. But it got resolved and I got my jackhammer and everything worked out just fine with her help.”
