Awesome customer service. My parents had purchased a phone from an AT&T "retail" store that refused to assist them in getting the new phone setup and running. Thankfully, William & Elvis were willing to assist and get everything working for my parents! It is always a pleasure to work with professional people that care about the service they provide verse the "retail" store that only cared about making the sale! Thanks!
