Would not recommend this location until competent training is done within management and staff. When adding a line to my phone plan they mistakenly added an additional phone and plan. Causing hundreds of dollars added to my bill over the last 6 months. Two managers were involved in this situation both taking ownership that it was an employees fault and it would be resolved and I would be credited. Month after month this was not resolved and I was told again that it would be fixed before the next payment period. On my last visit I was told actually there was nothing they could do and I would have to call the loyalty department to get it resolved. SIX MONTHS LATER. accountability taken on fault of employees, two of them being managers. So I am out an extra hundred dollars every month and will not be credited back for previous charges that are due to this company’s mistake. I do not take writing bad reviews lightly coming from over 10 years in customer service myself and knowing how the majority are brush overs but this is unacceptable.

Erik was such an amazing help for me when I was out of options. The personal care and timely resolution of my issues was something I've never experienced from any retailer. Customer for life and I will share with my friends and family.

The girl that greeted me and started to assist immediately passed me off to another co-worker so she could go to her car. She also sounded annoyed when I started telling her what my issue was. When I got the other co-worker, he was very monotone, almost as if he didn't really care to be there but he did help me and answered my questions and concerns. I felt like I was just another number and they were just trying to get me in and out, the customer service was lacking. There was no interest in their tone, no kindness really from anyone. Sure, the person who helped me was nice to me and wasn't rude when I asked questions but he just really didn't seem like he was engaged or happy. He was better than the girl who greeted me though. Also when she passed me off to her co-worker, there was no introduction, professionalism, or apology for the change up. Regardless if a customer hears you asking to switch off, it needs to be done properly in a professional manner. I felt like I was being an inconvenience.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews and I've left countless reviews from my OWN experiences. This one is over my recent upgrade. Honestly there's way too much to type in the review about the experience. I don't want to blast or talk ill of anyone but things could've been handled much more efficiently and effectively. Take care of your customer and exhaust all options before giving up.(and return a call when you say you will) My services will go elsewhere in the future and I will direct anyone inquiring elsewhere as well.ATT Customer service went above and beyond and fixed the issue which shouldn't have happened to begin with.

this AT&T has actually caused me hell. so we ordered the wrong phone for chirstmas. so we took it to the store to try and exchange it for the one we wanted. Miranda was the sales person that was "helping" us. first she deactivated the wrong phone number on the account without asking which one the phone was for or even checking to see if they had the phone in stock. so my moms phone was completely deactivated. because of that she has to use the phone we didn't even want because her phone had been shut off and she can't get back on it until the new phone comes in so miranda messed that up. this customer service is just terrible. we had to go back to the store later that day right before it closed because Miranda had ordered a completely different phone than we wanted. we tried to cancel it that night at the store and they said they did. but when we called they said it wasn't even cancled??? and now they can't even cancel the order because it already shipped?!?!! mind you I live an hour away from here so it's not easy to just go whenever. and there's no way we can fix any of it unless we go all the way up there. and now they are saying there is no way to exchange the phone for another one because it's been more than so many days. yet when we walked in and asked they said it would be "no problem", well this has caused me plenty. so after all that we can't even get the phone we wanted. this place is just terrible. Miranda f'd it up and we have to pay the price. so thank you for ruining my last two days

Went in today for help purchasing an Apple Watch with fall detection and upgrading my 84 year old mother-in-laws galaxy phone to an iPhone 14. She recently had surgery and was unable to come with us. Miranda was fabulous. She answered our questions and helped us get the watch. We had to go to the other ATT store in Greenwood to get the phone switched out so the account owner would be there to approve everything. We got the new phone, but no attempt was made to move the pictures and contacts from the Android to the IPhone. It was only after leaving and showing my mother-in-law how to make a call that I realized there were no contacts. I called the Greenwood store back and was told that we would have to manually type all the contacts into the new iPhone. The manager said there was no way to move the data from the Android to the iPhone. I then called Miranda to confirm that there was no process for moving data between the two phones. She said she could do it and offered to meet us in a convenient location to do the transfer since she was driving home from work. She actually came to my mother-in-laws house after getting off work to set-up the phone and the watch for us. That’s amazing customer service!!! She was able to transfer the photos and contacts from one phone to the other, no problem. I highly recommend going to the store on Phoenix in Fort Smith and asking for Miranda.
