This location is the best AT&T store I have visited. The entire staff are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and the atmosphere inside the store is very welcoming.
Great people treating other people like family. Good job!!

We bought the tablet and have service through AT&t and our email wasn't working we went in there they said they couldn't help us and told us to go to the tech doctor next door they couldn't help us so we went home and found out it was Bluetooth issue and were able to reconvene using email. Got to love the laziness of the new business world. So much for all these tech savvy people.....

I normally don't have any issues with this location until today. I walked in right after another gentleman. An associate said someone would be right with us to check us in. So, I proceed to look at phones. A few minutes go by, and the other guy gets checked in while I'm still waiting. Later, another gentleman walks in, and instantly, an associate asks how they could be helped. I walked back to where the other guy was standing around waiting, hoping to get noticed. Sure enough, another person walks in and instantly gets addressed. I figured I wasn't going to get helped, so I turned around and walked right out. I have little complaints about AT&T service, but their customer service could do a lot better. I don't want to chock it up as racial profiling, but I am definitely not Caucasian like the other customers who walked in before and after me.

They find ways to raise the bill when you get a new phone. No free apps like max anymore. So many other places offer something but not att. I'm done. The rep seemed more interested in selling me a watch instead of working with us to find a good price.

The wait was short and Carl was fantastic! He was able to help us quickly and was a joy to speak with. He was very knowledgeable and when he was uncertain went to ask a question to be certain he did not mess something up on our account.

I have been a att customer for 17 years. I have 7 lines. I went in to upgrade one of my phones. Told salesperson exactly what I wanted. He brought 2 other phones and tried to upsell. I told him I didn't want that and I wanted this other phone. Get through process and he charges me for the upgraded phone and not the one I told him. Did not notice until I was 30 miles away I didn't open the box and looked at back of box and it was wrong phone. This is unacceptable to do this to people so now i have to wait for the refund difference on my bank and the time and gas wasted to go back. . Listen to them and sell them what they want.

Mason was very helpful with getting my phone updated since I’m not tech savvy. Very very wonderful person also and wonderful personality. He was very calm with how slow my phone was updating.

Took over 2 hours to signup for service, a line got setup incorrectly and had to return to store another 2 hours later issue still not resloved. Left having to wait for a call from AT&T letting us know when it can be fixed. Fort Smith location
