I understand inventory being off by a little bit but goat panels being off by 18. I called. Drove from Hackett. Paid for 1 panel went to pick up and was told sorry we are out. Then go back and wait in line an after a bit of time told to switch to different register. I mentioned with credit sometimes it can take up to 7days. It was met with should be 2. I am wondering how much she knows on subject. Was delayed long enough to prevent me from getting today. Not sure I will go back to this location.

Their website list items in stock. And you get to the store, and they don't have them. The store staff is okay but not wonderful

These employees need some training on customer service. Especially the taller guy working the register acting like a cave man. The atmosphere is always hostile when your checking out. You've got younger kids talking down to older employees. Not good!
